Ive got these. Too light. They look great but feel not so good. They wobble and bend when you move them. Main issue being the TCA base is not very substantial either and there is next to no resistance when moving, feels like a toy. They also have a Bravo throttle quadrant version, although almost the same, this is the one to go for. Because you can dial in alot of resistance on the axis, they work really well. The bravo version also has foam inside of the notch so when you push it down on the axis they fit is super snug and doesnt wobble at all. Infact getting them on and off is pretty hard (which is good) The TCA version screw solution doesn't secure well and the throttles still have a lot of side to side movement. Im gonna try to fit some foam pads on the inside of the notch and some foam padding along the axis walls and see if it improves things. The main advantage to these is the axis angle and lower mounting position. I really wish all these throttle mod companies would understand we are mainly using these at our desktop....All good having "real sized" handles, but most people will will be clamping these to their desk making the handles ridiculously tall for normal use without mounting the throttles on a low small side table or something. Cant fault the quality though for 3d printed stuff they look superb.
Yes, this problem is caused by the shortness of the TCA stick, but if you tighten the screws at the back, the problem is reduced even more. I tried my best.
@@homecockpitfactory yes, the problem is more that there is not enough length on the prongs that stick out on the axis. The solution was to buy some one-sided, sticky foam padding and line each axis on either side. Now there is a lot of resistance on the axis similar to the heaviest setting on the bravo and also holds the lever in place without needing the screws. I bought a roll off of Amazon for 12.99 and cut the pieces to fit and it feels absolutely fantastic! I used 5mm thickness. Maybe you could adapt this to ship with the foam strips instead of using the screws, might save you a bit in the manufacturing process 😀 try out and see how it goes. You will be very surprised how it feels. I know I was! Thanks👏👏

Yeah, with the ProDeskSim’s, you get the markings for the flap detents, and don’t need any extra cables. But you will need the Honeycomb Bravo 😊
This is probably might be the next best commercial airline throttle quadrant for the SIM. Especially since it looks very likely that honeycomb bravo is pretty much almost unavailable now and it looks very likely that the company is going under. And if you think that last comment is far-fetched well just try to buy something on their official site and you will see that they're not accepting payments at this time and haven't been for 2 months, they sold and closed their San Diego offices, and haven't posted anything on social media for 2 months besides the same copy and paste statement the two months prior. Yes, the bravo is the far better choice as far as feel but they're going to be unattainable very soon.

Is it compatible with MSFS2020?
This is definetly a good alternative to honeycomb bravo especially since the speculating news about honeycomb. We definetly need a good replacement overall for the bravo if it breaks

When I saw how you moved the flap lever it looked super light. Too light. I fly in VR and I know Id miss a notch. With the stock you aren't pulling that far so you kinda slide and feel. Maybe add some weight to the flap handle somehow? But I dig the full size throttle grips with the engraving.

@@BluGames Yup. The flap mechanics on the throttle don't seem to scale up to the flap lever size and feel.
Aare the reverse thrust levels mapped as a button or an axis? In other words, is it just max reverse thrust or can you use them for idle reverse as well?
