Okay so anyone who is looking for a RESULTS comment read this.
Im 21 (past puberty) and I have been listening to this subliminal for around 2 months now, started in august and its September end now and I HAVE gained height according to my observation (1 inch and a few cm maybe) I have promised myself to not measure it precisely until its 6 months or more because it makes me demotivated if the difference is not much and also don’t wanna be impatient with it. I have been doing stretching exercises on and off and giving my body enough sleep. I listened to it daily and mostly when I sleep at night I just play it.
