Update: Alright before I start and magically if people see this comment please for the hate of satan don't ask me to update again, I can't even stay committed to sleeping so don't expect to stay committed to updating. That being said I noticed a sharp change in my height. I was standing next my father yesterday and noticed that we were prolly an inch apart from height. He's 6ft. Day 1: Just started listening, planning on listening for 3 times a day, I already feel quite masculine, and my legs hurt a bit when i move. I am currently 4'11/5'0, and my desired height is 5'9, so I will wait a long time. I already look quite masculine.
Day 2: I grew by a few centimetres, and all my classmates called me a boy, which definitely boosted my confidence.
2 weeks later: I'm 5'3 now and I have quite a lot of muscle mass and I have no chest. I pass as a biological male and everyone recognises me as that.

• day 1 (may 20): starting at 5’3, no goal height in mind. definitely felt more masculine using this sub.
• day 2 (may 21): listened for a few hours last night, noticed quite a few changes. voice felt deeper, felt more masculine in general, curves seemed to lessen some, sharper/more masculine facial structure, and a “v” that appears on some cis male bodies.

Notes: It’s like, 12:30 AM (I actually forgot that sleep was a thing). So I’ll record the changes here in the morning. Chest was much flatter this morning and my leg hair looked darker. I don’t know if I’m taller but I feel taller.

Notes: Listening while falling asleep again! (Very late night for me-lmfao). The usual- flatter chest. I think I’m actually like a quarter of an inch taller. Oh, and!!! I think my jawline is more defined! Falling asleep to this again. (Manifesting) I’m a masculine person and people think I’m a young man. (10:27)

Notes: This morning my chest was much flatter. Also, my skin is breaking out more. I’m not so sure if that’s a sign this is working for me but if it is, fantastic!! Instead of listening to this on repeat, I’ll only listen to it once tonight. Then, through out the night, I’ll manifest.

I am a tall lanky male, with long petite hands but also bit on the veiny side. I am currently 5'4-5'5 and my desired height is 6'5.I have a pretty masculine body, a sharp jawline and fluffy hair and my voice will be really deep too. My chest is flat and I will be considered very handsome.

It sucks too cause scoliosis has made me shorter than I was supposed to be. I hope maybe this can change that and help heal that and fix my frame to be more masculine as I grow taller. Thank you for this- might get back into subs for myself for this to see how it works
