You can't help but smile at Hewitt's emotions at the end. He's had injuries to nearly every part of his body but he still continues to fight at 32. Definitely Roger's worst match of the tournament but well done Rusty!

After winning this tournament, he lost first round in the Australian Open the following week which is ashame.

It always makes me feel bittersweet to see all the old washed-up players from the Federer Era, like Hewitt, Safin, Roddick, and Nalbandian playing in the 2010s. They missed so much of their primes playing in the same era as the GOAT (especially Roddick), so it's nice to see some of their last stands like AO 2009, Wimbledon 2009, AO 2011, and Miami 2012. Sure hope these guys have left some mark on the tennis world...

Hewitt had a respectable record against Fed and got the better of him early on in his career then Roger took over. Roddick is a very different story
