hey I made a fit that you may want to try... I don't know if its better than your current fit... all I know is that its main purpose is pve and not pvp... and that is not cheap at all... so at the top we got 575mm shadow serpentis rail guns, and a remote armor rep "beatnik"... in the mids we got Coreli A type 1mn afterburner, 1cap booster "saddle", 1pithi A type shield booster... in the lows 1 imperial or fed navy drone dmg amp, 1 radical dmg ctrl, 1corpii or centii A small armor rep, for rigs we get 1 small cap ctrl circuit II, 1 small drone ctrl range augmenter II, 1 small drone durability enhancer II... in the drone bay I opted for 5 of the imperial navy acolyte, and we get 7 in back up.... these could be hobgoblins, republican warriors, perhaps 1 or 2 acolytes.. etc..
as mentioned is not a pvp fit but a pve... thus we get the more customization... as mentioned I don't know if its better than your fit... but your fit is clearly 99.9%pvp... so... pretty different... as if we try to use those neutralizers on pve... we will be in trouble... as I made the fit for the pve algos I was loking at cpu needs and the pilot should provide skills to compensate for a tad of extra cpu that may be needed... the algos in my fit uses the corely A afterburner... =160 increase of speed... (probably more)... the cap buster and the rig are there to compensate for the capacitor drain that the fit has... the shield buster/the radical module and the armor rep convo should provide better results than passive or active hardeners because these are the fancy ones... thus they give you the bonus that other set ups do not seem to provide...but only perhaps by gimping the ship of some stuff... my fit pretends to not gimp it... its a drone ship so I use drones... and the guns are just for those times when things get nasty... in pve this can be somewhat controlled... thus is a pve fit... the drones... ned to be the best we can get... so to protect the investment... is not cheap..
the final improvement to the fit... would be to use implants... I would probably focus in some that would grant us a stronger drone attack... (yet I am not sure if they exist... they probably do), something to increase drone movement speed and tracking may be the best way to do this... and perhaps one to increase capacitor recharge times or capacity...
hum doing some math... the current cpu used is 138 considering that the ship has 160cpu... not including the skills that grant extra cpu... yet 2 of the rigs are taking 10% cpu each... (we could probably fit 125 guns or use small blasters)...current power grid used on this fit is34 and the ship has 55... so...
+Robert Ostman your fit is bad and you should feel bad. no really its bad for pve and pretty much unusable in pvp. why would you even pve in an algos? i mean sure it could be usefull for something like level 1 missions, i started long before it got released so i wouldnt know but then again, not in that fit. only because something fits on a ship in a fitting tool doesnt mean you should put it on there. i would have recommended to get some ideas from battleclinic but sadly that site got shut down months ago...

Umm, not sure if you are trolling but the fit you posted is not what I would use or would recommend anyone to use.
