There are various frequencies which can help each chakra versus just the native one or the sauvageot one. We have a bigger palette of sounds and colors if you will, to choose from for helping healing balance each chakra.

I thought each Solfeggio frequency was already set for each specific chakra. How are these newly assigned Hz effective if they are all set at 400 something and below? Please elaborate...
There are more than one frequency which can help to balance and a tune each chakra. You're right about the sauvageot frequencies. And there's a bigger pallet of colors if you will, that the chakras can benefit from, just like there are various colors that can be in each chakra versus simply the native one.
*From my understanding of learning about meditation when I first started meditating back in 09, it doesn't matter how you meditate rather you're asleep or awake, it will still reach you're subconscious mind,*
