Wow, only 23 sec. of advice. And what good advice it is!
I though it was the opposite, in my country (Argentina) since I was a child everyone was very quad focus and the knee and hamstrings injuries were huge until I started to be more posterior chain focus and saved me years of injuries (maybe because I was doing too many squats and no deadlifts and hip thrusts)
