Hey Friend, Happy Saturday. It works out that you were busy and didn’t vlog much in July because I haven’t watched much UA-cam last month. I am adjusting to my new schedule where I make time for 30 hours of work, my boyfriend, and balancing everything else too. 😊 Yes fiber and protein is two important things that we need everyday. 😊 Finger foods and easy meals are ideal when we don’t feel like cooking. 😂

Your parents would want you to move forward and be happy and have fun. Grief is hard to navigate. Just remember your mom most of all wants you to enjoy those life special moments even though she can’t be there with you.
One thing that has helped me is watching a lot of near death experience on UA-cam. Just a suggestion
Turning to your church, and walking more closely with your Savior is also a wonderful coping mechanism that it seems like you are using.
