Whenever my dog gets excited and sees us she starts chasing her tail, she has her tail in her mouth while she does this. It seems like she's playing but I'm not sure. She is almost 8 months old.

My 7 month old puppy was fine all morning until he started crying continuously biting and locking the tip of his tail. What's wrong with him?
