If you are referring to the camera being detached from the vehicle when spawning certain mod vehicles then i suggest trying the following 3 things below. 1. Try resetting camera as seen in the video via settings - camera - reset order. 2. Try pressing Shift+C and then Shift+C again. 3. Try clearing game cache. If none of these works then the car mod you are using is simply broken.
If a vehicle is not moving at all then i suggest trying these 3 things. 1. Check to see if it has a working motor and not one that is bugged/glitched. 2. Check to see if it has a transmission. 3. Check to see if it has a driveshaft. If it has a red box at the top right when spawning then the car mod is simply broken.

now the only issue i have is when i go to spawn something else in and the camera dose not transfer to new car
No sadly that is the only con to this fix you have to keep doing it for every single mod unless BeamNG.Drive post a update fix.

i am playing rn and it is not working bc i have 2 trucks out
It should work just go to "Settings - Camera - Reset Order" and it should fix it if it does not fix then the mod itself may be simply broken.
