Very helpful tips! I wrote them down and will start paying more attention to these things. I have put too much pressure on myself to find my purpose or “one thing.” That’s a source of stress. Thank you for helping me see this in a more positive way!
This resonated with me when you said Groundhog Day syndrome. I mentioned this to my husband a few months ago. Every since 2020 my life has changed. I was a homeschooling my and both my daughters were in school. I had a job I enjoyed and felt like I finally found my sweet spot in life! In what feels like a blink of an eye, actually over about 18 months, I was back to square one. My energy is gone, I have little to no motivation and I feel stuck. Just having gone through 6 months of dreary grey weather has not helped my outlook. I do have a bit more inspiration and motivation on sunny days.
I'm sorry to hear you've been feeling low, and yes, the grey weather never helps (I'm Canadian and get winter blues). May inspiration come to you along with more sunshine and give you back your "spark." The good thing about "low moments" is that they make the highs feel 10X more beautiful. :) Emilie xo
Thank you for your words of encouragement. I'm breaking up the monotony by going out of state to visit family. I hope the break away inspires me in the direction I want to go in. Have an amazing week!
Extremely helpful, very succinct, and beautifully presented in a short video. Thank you !! 🙏🏻
I'm happy it could help, Fiona. :) Thank you so much! xo
