Recipe: AS STATED IN VIDEO
120g butter
90g icing sugar
200g all purpose flour
200g corn flour
180g almond flakes
60ML corn oil (not grams)
When i made this, the dough did not come together when i add the oil and was as dry as before. I added about 180g of oil and it was still didnt come together very well.

Could it be bcoz you're supposed to use shortening instead of butter?
I tried this last yr. It was my favorite cookies n i ended up eating almost all by myself (serious); but one thing I don’t understand is - why doesn’t it dries up during baking? I kept putting it back in the oven n baked it for altogether abt 2hrs before it is dried up. Where could the problem be?
I have tried this recipe yesterday. The dough come together even without the oil. I keep putting it back into the oven as the outer skin felt dry but clings a bit to my finger. I ended up baking it brown
120gm of shortening not butter so this recipe is suitable for vegetarian

Hi. Today I tried making the cookies. At the end, u said to put 60ml of corn oil to make the loose flour into dough. I end up putting 180ml of oil as 60ml wasn't enough to create the dough.
