I just came across your video today and I wanna say that everything your saying is impactful . I’ve been obese all my life and I’ve been doing a calorie deficit and working out for almost 2 weeks now and the first week I lost 1.2 pounds and that’s probably not a lot but it’s a healthy amount to lose a week. On July 21 I was 200.1lbs and on July 27 I was 198.9lbs so hopefully I’ll come back to this comment when I’ve made some progression 😅💗
@DugardEmmanuel Hey, it's me again. Just wanted to give you an update and let you know I'm doing pretty good this month, but not too great like I thought I was gonna do. While improving myself slightly brick by brick, I've been meaning to start the next six months on July 1st, but still struggle to be more consistent and focused on these goals I set up. So, I learned from my mistakes, gonna get back up again again and go through at least "five" months, starting in August, and the remaining days of 2024 before becoming a better version of myself. The important thing is... it's not too late yet. Thanks again for your help.🤝
