I've heard that lowering your "high carb fruit" intake (like bananas especially, and pineapple) and adding more fiber can help heal hormonal acne, would you say it has significantly helped your skin?

Thank you for sharing this information. That info regarding fruits is new to me.
I have been incorporating more nuts, veggies, and berries also. I have lessened fruits that are higher in sugar only because I have been eating more of the above mentioned cause they satiate my appetite for longer periods of time. I was probably lacking omegas in my diet. I also eat quinoa, millet, and kaniwa salad for dinner.
The purple chia smoothie thing looks excellent.

Borrowed a friends blender to do the fruit bowl with all the rainbow spread across, that was so delicious!!!!!
I am so amazed i started trying them and I love them all started 9 days ago with salads smoothies and juices hope to stick only to raw food soon in nine days I lost 1.8 pounds which is a blessing

I am a senior and diabetic. So these are too high in sugar. I am on my way to reversing my diabetes, so will try them when I am healed. Am about to try some of your other recipes. And thanks for entering the ingredients and directions for your recipes in the description section. Makes it so easy to get a few recipes to get started on going vegan.

I want this juicer!!! Why? Who does not want to live a life full of the amazing fruits God has provided to us to eat? I live here in Estonia and we have so many apples during this season of this year. Fresh Apple juice? Yes, please! I want to invite over my neighbors, friends, family, etc and give them something other than coffee and tea to drink! Please Kristina...choose me!
