- In this video, I will show you what I do to maintain a green lawn during the summertime. If your bermuda is in full sun, it's important to irrigate when needed, mow often, and enjoy the ride.

Have you tried hydretain?
Did last year and it's down this year. It helps alot but still nothing can stop the heat and I can only really water once a week due to city ordinances. I try to skirt it by "checking" for leaks lol
Lol well at least bermuda doesn't die, it will just go dormant and will come back when it rains
Just put Hydretain down for the first time. Hoping for the best. 👍🏻

Why is sand used when repairing bermuda grass?
Where do you find sand?
Play sand or masonry sand. It's great for leveling, easy for the bermuda to spread into because it doesn't become hard and the heat sand retains helps bermuda
Does the type of Bermuda planted effect color? I got seed at Home Depot and was curious
The bermuda you got is common bermuda. Its color is a bit on the lighter side. Hybrid bermuda is slightly darker and its easy to tell the difference. They sell hybrid bermuda seeds but they are more expensive
