Totally amazing, both recipes. I especially like the slow-cooker version. The problem will be getting the beer past my face and into the cooker.✔

I doing it today in an old school vintage blue Dutch oven in the over. With beer and a mix of both your recipes. Just in Dutch oven in oven. Oh and adding pack of crispy bacon when I add the cabbage. Mmmm

Been making this recipe for the past three years and absolutely love it - very simple and turns out perfect! I prefer the slow cooker method. It’s been in my cooker for about two hours (I added a Guinness), and getting close to simmer - I know it’ll be a hit (or, shall I say, a home run 🎉). Thanks for share your culinary skills, Nicole! Just recommend getting a point cut rather than a flat cut brisket because it’s more tender.

Another winner, Nicole and I don’t know why I don’t cook this more during the year! Like your family, I love the cabbage and adding butter and black pepper never hurt anything! How about for your next recipe before St Pats day, you could make Guinness Beef Stew with Dumplings? Another great winter recipe that I need to make more often. Thanks for all of the great videos! 😘

When you remove to rest try a brown sugar Dijon mustard with cooking broth to glaze the meat. Cook in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes then cut into slices. Glaze juices from meat drizzle on veggies. Unbelievable 👍🏻
