My family, my husband, daughter & myself like them. We usually have them on a weekday. Then we have the leftovers for lunchtime or another weekday that we’re really busy & don’t have time to cook dinner. I especially like to make breakfast casseroles & we can use the leftovers for any meal.

My King Ranch has lots of shredded chicken / Cheddar Cheese soup / Nacho Cheese soup / 1 bag pre cooked Uncle Ben's Spanish Rice, peppers, onions, garlic, it is sooooo good. I'm sure there are many variations!

My husband and adult children love it, as well. Sometimes, I add leftover rice and almost always use crushed Ritz crackers with butter for the topping. I can taste it now. Yummy! 😋

I love cooked cabbage. Cabbage rolls are a favorite. I was taught to place the outer leaves of the cabbage on top of the casserole. It keeps the moisture in.

Casseroles are my go-to one-dish meals, and I often make double batches and store them in single serving containers for later. Hey, these aren't "leftovers", they're homemade frozen dinners. 😁 Just as convenient as the ones you get from the store, but with better quality ingredients, better flavor and texture, and a lot cheaper.

I like putting these together in the morning and baking it off and we both have something we can have whenever we get hungry. If we are up at the same time I make some sides or a salad and it really works!
I make the breakfast casserole but I buy some frozen diced potatoes and brown them a little and put on the bottom of the casserole. I give this to my boys and they bake it on Christmas morning. Their families love it

I made the cabbage roll casserole recipe. Very tasty, it is now in our rotation. We like the fact that we are using more cabbage than we would just making standard cabbage rolls, tastes just as good if not better.

The chicken broccoli casserole oks amazing! I was keto for 3 years but now that I’ve been at goal weight forever and a day I eat what I want. However if you are low carb you could top that chicken casserole with pork panko instead!

Great vid, the biscuits and gravy casserole, almost had me foaming at the mouth!!! I'm from the Midwest, if you don't like casseroles, you go hungry. I think Ron White covered the whole, "people who don't like casseroles thing", although indirectly...🤨 Oh, and my favorite casserole was always Tuna, but Mom didn't put cheese in it. I made the cabbage roll casserole recipe. Very tasty, it is now in our rotation. We like the fact that we are using more cabbage than we would just making standard cabbage rolls, tastes just as good if not better.
