You've become my favourite car reviewer, you manage to have a unique style of presentation while incorporating elements from persons like clarkson, hammond, needel etc. and therefore creating a modern, down to earth car review channel that reminds one about what shows like Top Gear were all about in the first place.
Well one thing that this gentleman has made obvious that no others have shown or made... It's the V twin engine...absolutely brilliant...best sound of anything, great..well done...sir. Now what about actress Raquel Welch...(mentioned with respect) Are there any comparisons...yup...lots..😄😄😄👍👍👍
Another video so quickly! And such a well-spoken one, again. You're the only one who seems to nail the old top gear-esque review vibe every time. I do have a little feedback this time though, cars like these where the driving experience resembles much of a WW2 fighter aircraft make for quite a shouty and windy review. This ofcourse is what sets a car apart from the rest, and makes for a special review, but I think it would have been nice to have a little voice over break in the middle of the video. As a way to have the audience relax a little bit, have the video calm down a bit, so you can have it all spitfire-y in the second part of the video again. I think this might add a little dynamicity to the video. But that's just a suggestion, you're the creator here and you're fucking good at it.
I love watching these videos because just watching people react to a 3 wheeled morgan makes me feel so happy to own one...You might be thinking that I'm talking a ton of bull, but it's true. My father owns 1 of 7 original 4 seater 3 wheeled Morgans. I love that car to death. It's been down to my father from my grandfather. Next it will be mine
Me too and an old beat up Jeep. We of coarse have always kept a nice easy to drive (boring) family car to. But my wife picked a standard this last trade in because they are otherwise so boring to drive it's almost snooze dangerous. 😂😂
Hi Kelly, I appreciate your comment was 2 years ago, but I just wanted your opinion on the MG Midget, we have a 1976 Midget on our drive which was an impulse buy from a friend roughly 2 years ago, it's a solid car, slight surface rust, but I have never driven her because the clutch needs fixing (no weight it the pedal, so can't engage gear). Recently I have considered selling her because we also have a new MX5 which we use alot so the MG hasn't really had our attention, but in your opinion do you think we could be making a mistake selling the MG? Are they really that good and how would it make us feel when driving it compared to a modern MX5 in your opinion. Our MG is currently on Ebay for £2200, you can see our MX5 in the background of the photo's, part of me feels we could be giving up something special? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Paul.
@@mountainbikerpaul2267 Hands down the MX5 is the better car, but it does not have as much charm. Daily driving a Midget is doable, but you need to spend a couple of hours every week or so checking things. If you like that, the Midget rocks. If you don't, then the MX5 is definitely the way to go. It is larger, more comfortable and refined. Like I said, the Midget only beats it on charm, and the fact that being so close to the road is very exhilarating.
Love it, yes I’ll subscribe on one condition, and that is that you do another review of a morgan3 wheeler that has the same bright pack engine with lots of close-ups of the car which I like with the sharks face pack on it. It must also be twice as long in video time, and maybe shoot the whole thing in London or the Cotswolds. Yes yes yes I’m asking for a lot but you know you want too. Great review
Motorcycling with a third wheel, circa 1920's a century ago. Steering is with a circular handle bar direct and heavy. Brake it like ur on a Isle of Man TT sidecar 🙂
Probably the best passionate love hate review on the morgan 3 wheeler. 👍👍👍 Now can you please review the electric 3 wheeler because without the revving thump of the engine I don't think it will have the same effect on the smiley factor. ---- (from an electric car driver who so wants the morgan 3 wheeler). 👍
That is absolutely my dream car!!! I can’t think of any other car out there that elicits such an amazing reaction with the little kid that lives inside of me like the MOG-3.... I just wish that I would have listened to everyone and became a doctor or lawyer instead of a school teacher... hahaha
I'd love one of these, though I'd probably opt for a motorcycle helmet on most drives, other than the local car show weekends, when everything's old and slow, and smelly like childhood memories, lol. And hey, I'll give you a sub, this being the second video of yours I've caught and loved!
Hi mate. Yeah the GTI will be making a few appearances on the channel soon, I realise it's been a while! Still unmodified currently but have stuff planned now
Awesome. Looking forward to seeing more GTI content but still love the other Vlogs you do .Your channel is very professional. Great use of camera work and especially love the music scores you use .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👍 Also the narration and comical moments make the watching even more enjoyable.
That price though.... totally out of reach for ordinary folks. As you really only can use this thing as a second 'car' if it s not raining too badly. Which is often not the case where i live, unfortunately (in Holland,so.🌧🌦🌧..🌧...⛈☔)But even secondhand ones,of the previous generation, are still up there, pricewise.Because they apparently are such great things to drive.Which is a shame(because i would love to own one.😄 Well...just gonna have to keep saving,🙄 i guess). But.. i wish Morgan all the success in the world with these creations.Think it is a fantastic company, making unexpectedly exciting vehicles. The best few of the real oldskool crazy stuff,in my opinion...f#%ing Brilliant!!😁👍Congratulations on the launch...it is obviously catching on!!
Just discovered your channel and this video in particular but IMO this was better than Top Gear and the like. You need to audition for something.:) I've got a Caterham 7 as a fun car so kind of know what the Morgan may feel like but would love to see you do a Seven review. Nice work Jack, cheers, Mike
Very kind words Mike, thank you! As you can clearly tell I grew up on the golden era of Top Gear and it's certainly influenced the kind of videos I like to make. This was easily one of the most fun cars I've ever driven and yes I'm deffo looking to do a Caterham soon. Might let the weather warm up a bit first!
be very careful with your choice of words it was one of the most important vehicles way back in the day it afforded many people cheap transportation and so on
I can't understand why you say cyclists hate 3-wheeler Morgans. I'm a cyclist and I love 'em , In fact my first car was a 1935 Morgan 3-wheeler. Wish I'd kept it !
His head is the highest point of the vehicle by some margin. I realize this is not meant to be a practical car, but I would have expected the roll-over hoops to be more than ornimental.
Im yet to find a video where someone hates these cars. Are they even classed as cars ! Its more like an aircraft than a car. But sounds like motorcycle. Everything to do with engineering than motoring. And that essence I feel is why its bonkers but the best thing as well for it. ☮🤙
The most stupid car I have ever owned, no heater, no wipers, no radio, it understeers like a pig, you have to fight to make it stop, it drifts everywhere, you hit every pothole, its noisy, no hood so you get soaked, you feel every bump on the road ..... Would I buy it again?....... Bloody right I would, best fun I've ever had.

Love that mate, thank you
Fully agree!
Thank You Britain for making this wonderful vehicle, really one of a kind
You have to love the Morgan
The intro was so fitting for the car. Loved every second of the video, keep the amazing content coming.
Great review , nice filming, and boy does that car get me in the feels. The want is huge
Look and sounds like you were having fun. Too bad they are not making those V twin powered ones anymore. I made my own with many improvements. Cheers!
Thank you Jack !!!
You make me LOVE CARS !!
Well one thing that this gentleman has made obvious that no others have shown or made...

you my friend deserve more subscribers. content and production is so good!
Reminds me of when Hammond was ragging it around Donnington - great video
I've loved and wanted one ever since I first read about them in an article by Ken Purdy over 50 years ago.
Hello, I'm in the States and have a Polaris Slingshot and love it, but I do want a Morgan 3 wheeler. Have fun be safe.

Thanks as always mate. I did consider a V/O break midway for that reason - perhaps I will for next week's video (another VERY shouty car)
@@JackScarlett1 I am looking forward to it!
WW1 old boy !!! Try UA-cam for ....WW1 FIGHTER ACE AND PETROL HEAD REMEMBERING ALBERT BALL......
I LOVE seeing someone enjoying their Morgan as much as I did.

I can't afford a Morgan so I have a Midget for exactly the same reason. Impractical fun. I'd love a Morgan or even to just drive one once.
Me too and an old beat up Jeep.

Excellent video. You're a natural presenter!

Well done Jack, loved the video, wish I could go out and buy one even though I wish we all drove electric.
Not wrong brother! The world is a better place with these gourgeous machines in it.
This channel deserves way more subs and views, awesome content!

Imagine that engine, or a 90 degree v-twin or a 270 degree inline twin, in a retro hatchback like the Abarth 500. Would be a perfect fit!
Perfect ! low tech - Total fun ! What's retail on one of those?

I'm a Mountain Biker and I love the Morgan.....All of um in fact..So...!!!!!!

Don’t go too top gear, it’s been done. Great review of a great brokers car. (Bike if you are in the USA)

If I ever come in to money it's my 1st buy !
Where can I get a pair of those goggles in case it hasn't been asked already?
Is it practical? Nope. Comfortable? Hell no. Performance? Shit. Fun? The best there is.
Went and bought one on this review alone .Get rid of those twits and get Jack on top gear
2 up front, 1 rear, is most stable wheel arrangement, according to my calculations...
nice color
Sold.
What if we super charge this car?
*Wait thats illegal!*
Honestly, would you buy one. Or as a matter of a fact; did you buy one? And why not?

Why is the Morgan three wheeler cool, whereas the Polaris is not cool?
I have it on good authority that all Morgan three wheelers are posi-traction.

It may be pointless but I bet it's a fun drive.
That's how I hate you - watched all of the videos just for the sake of not seeing them in recommended anymore ))
Breathtaking logic at play here. Cheers for the views tho Xx
It’s not all pointless actually in the 20s they used to be faster round bends then most racers
