It’s official Yeaaaaaaa!!!!! I understand why people don’t like the name but it will always be slave 1 to me.
Got myself a small fleet, Millennium Falcon, Slave 1, the standard Razorcrest and the Jedi Luke version of the X-Wing. Just waiting for a ETA-2 with Kenobi in it for my next purchase!
i love this toy line
I like the original Action Fleet version. While the Galaxy Squadron has a better cockpit, the Action Fleet felt more "solid" and less "hollow" and than the Galaxy Squadron one. It even had an opening carbonite and can fit the Han Solo figure inside!
Just picked one up today for a fantastic price of $10 at walmart in their clearance sale aisle. Wanted to pick one up due to my micro machine nostalgia. Wished the cockpit would've locked into place instead of hangin loose with the gyro gravity gimmick. All in all it's a fantastic ship!
Awesome video but at 22:20 missed opportunity to play the sound effect of the seismic charge lolol
Not easy to get Boba to sit in the pilot's chair.
I just got it today and I love that it does so much at such a small scale.
If you want one a bit larger than the Micro Galaxies but smaller than the vintage collection, look into the Mission Fleet version.

Alright now give me this, but repainted in AOTC colors with Jango and young Boba. It'd go perfectly with the Obi-Wan starfighter set.

Awesome Review DanO! That’s a lot of Slave 1 Ships in one video. You’re missing the Mission Fleet and MicroMachines Action Fleet! 😂 You can definitely tell they took the same features such as where doors open from the Vintage Collection version!
The original han in Carbonite from the af slave one fits in it as well.
Bought the falcon , crest, slave one , x wing ,tie fighter and put them away in a box in the garage planning to open it in 20 years 😬🤷🏻♂️

It is Rad. Of course MGS will make an ESB version with the Han in Carbonite and a different paint job and different mini fig of Boba. I’ll buy it. I don’t know how they would do it but Fett had that interesting cockpit scope thing on his pilot chair seen when he’s pursuing Han through the Imperial junk drop. Why did the Empire drop their trash before hyper-speed? Just to be bigger jerks? I mean it contents such as junk weight can’t be an issue of hyperspace travel. It’s not going to reduce speed. Anyway. I think Micro Galaxy Squadron gets better and better. They are a very nice affordable Star Wars treat.
Honestly thought the corrupted file was actually a new astromech droid feature. The weathering altering from one to another is kind of frustrating. This one, the Razor Crest, the AT-ST, and the Imperial Troop Transport, are my favourites. I saw 4 Razor Crests, the only MGS ship I’ve picked up so far, and it was really difficult deciding which was the better version for the figures and weathering. The first Razor Crest I picked up which I was going to buy, I eventually noticed one of the guns had broken off and so I had to put it back and get another one.

I now have this and I love it. But it would’ve been cool if the Carbonite could fit inside and if Boba Fett went in the cockpit easier.
I wish they used the ESB Boba Fett rather than the Mandolorian version, with a Han Solo in Carbonite.

Awesome review as usual sir! The left wing on my ship would dangle a little when the wings would connect. I returned it for the last one on the shelf, and luckily this one worked perfectly!

Love this ship my only complaint is that the wings don't lock in position for flight and landing.
They do, just a little extra snap at the end of the rotation to flight position.
@@charlescassels3826 we discussed this in the facebook group and got a response from jazware it's not meant to do that and there is a very possible risk of it breaking.

No it hasn't had many names of the years Its alway been called Slave One. For your reference, Firespray is the 'make/model' of ship in Star Wars lore but it has always been called Slave One, until that is, Disney in their woke wisdom decided to change the name for ideological reasons. Any one who refers to Slave One in any other way cannot claim to be a Star Wars fan.

My comment about not being a SW fan if you referred to it by any other name, although possibly harsh, was just to point out that anyone who really had a genuine reverence for the creative lore of SW's would not ignore that lore for the sake of the corporate interests of the current IP owners.
@@Bottled_Water Disney (who owns Lucas Films) has instructed licencees that they can no longer use the name Slave One within the Star Wars IP. It is a top down directive from the IP owner (Disney) because it is reflected across the products from different companies. It is similar to the initial name change of action figure for Princess Leia Slave outfit, which was changed (post Disney buying the IP) to Princess Leia Hutt Slayer, but even that item is unlikely to see return period due to the current politically woke sensibilities around the word Slave.
