I just love the cue in Rolling Like a Ball to “lock the shape” with the arms: a bit of extra upper body work. Windmill Arms is an amazing stretch. Thank u!
You're very welcome Rosa! I can also recommend this lower back video to help loosen and release the lumber. It has an amazing pillow stretch at the end of the class. I can not see your condition so make sure you listen to your body/lumber and go slowly. Only do what you and your body feel comfortable doing. As always be kind to your body with a healthy diet, sleep for 7+ hours and drink plenty of water to help with the healing process. I’m gonna try this o been having pain in my lower back , idk if it’s my osteoarthritis spread to my back now ? But it grabs now & then I take muscle relaxers & tyenol & put rub on, I’m exhausted from the pain😢
