Think of what Iman Had to do to get we’re he is to day. He didn’t have any tutorials on UA-cam he just kept working hard every single day and that’s the only thing you need to keep pushing even if you’re having a bad day.

For the last years I’ve run virtual video editing teams. Working with clients in the US, China, Hong Kong, and Europe. Often I found myself helping them look at their social media strategies and marketing. I had no idea the SMMA was a thing. This video completely flipped my perspective on online business. Finding contractors only when the work is needed is almost like a service-based dropshipping business. I really appreciated the level of control a service-based business owner has over the business model. Iman, you are doing big things, my man. As a viewer, you are one of a handful of UA-camrs who actually offer as much (if not more) value to me, the viewer, than to yourself (even with the community growth you experience as a result). Great content as always, man; you've inspired me more than you can imagine.
I don’t understand exactly what service you are actually providing these businesses. Running ads for them? Can’t they do that themselves?
@@owenstorey573 As what Iman just mentioned: "if you went into a hospital for a new operation, you wouldn't hire a surgeon, and anesthetist, nurses and an operation theater, you would expect the hospital to do that for you" what Iman is trying to say is, yes, business owners could run their own ads but either don't have time or are not as experienced to do or try social media marketing yet. From what I understood from the video and from SMMA in general i think the service that you are providing are not just running ads for them, but designing and creating it too. I'm still a beginner just doing some research on this so correct me if I'm wrong, as I too still don't fully understand what other aspect of this sort of service requires, so some opinions on this is helpful.

Client will pick a budget for ads and they pay for ads and service. minimum of $500 for ads but try to sell $1000 worth of ads for best results. and maybe 500-1000 service cost
