I always say a prayer 🙏🏻 before I eat so that my food is protected spiritual, emotional, and physically.
1:57 Yep, like Sri M says, first offer food to supreme being. Like thankful prayer before eating for Westerners. And 3:26 Krishna's name and the prasad offered to Krishna are on an equal basis. 🥀 👣 💥

I remember once I had a vision of a genie, blue, huge and beautiful. He told me the food you eat is Lord Vishnu Himself 🙏
Food sustains your body and Lord Vishnu is The Lord of Sustenance 🙏
And somehow the network / connectivity is the strongest when i pray before eating. Even sitting for more than an hour of meditation does not give me that direct link..

I read somewhere that Sri Guru Maheshwarnath ji Maharaj left in the mid-eighties.
In his lifetime, he performed kayakalpa. So his age was a couple of hundred years when he left.
