Jennifer Lawrence And Leonardo DiCaprio Discuss Their New Film ‘Don’t Look Up’
This movie left me speechless knowing how close it was to reality.
What reality r u talking about???😨
Oh really???? Better get digging that bunker in your backyard!!! LOL

Watched it yesterday and the movie had me crying in the end. They did what they intended to do. It was like a reality check.
Saaaame
thats what the president wanted us to take from it ✨
i agree
To prevent you from crying more, you (and me) should force the goverment to
1. Collect certificates for all greenhouse gas emissions at the earliest possible point and not "in the middle", as the European emission trading does it until now, because this is the only way to really record all emissions
2. Reduce the number of certificates by 20% each year and do NOT give any more for free and NEVER increase the amount of certificates.
3. Enforce that certificates are acquired for all gray greenhouse gas emissions when importing goods and that they are reimbursed when exporting goods.
The importer or exporter is responsible for the calculation and the calculation must be public accessible. The calculation can also be estimated if the estimate corresponds at least to the actual greenhouse gas emissions.
4. Income from certificate trading is distributed back to the population per capita.
Hollywood loves sheep like you who eat up all their BS fear mongering agendas instead of just entertaining. Their actors/film majors not intelligent or rational people
It was really good. I watched last night and keep thinking about it
This was a great satirical film. It was realistic and had great acting, writing and cinematography. This movie satirizes America today very well.
in fact, the film satirizes much of the world. The pandemic proved that the world may be about to end, but people will continue to fight over unimportant ideologies until the "meteor hits the earth".
@@lourajosy Nothing is meaningful at all, everything is random. We are born at random and one day world will end.
Not only America but the whole world. It really holds a mirror up to today's society.
No is not.
Is a terrible movie with incredible bad acting considering the caliber of actors present in the film.
A complete disaster.
@@gymdave199 And the society never likes it's own reflection.
It is kinda funny to see that news media that the whole movie made fun of is actually doing similar interview with the director and the actors
Yes, exactly. This movie is literally Hollywood, but it's funny how Adam McKay made fun of the Hollywood industry too. It's a good satire of how Hollywood, singers, big business and the government only care about money. He also portrayed the foolish people in a very realistic way, which is exactly what America is today.
The movie made fun of literally everyone. It was a mockery of the whole society
You can tell from Adam McKay's body language what he thinks of the interview 😆
The fact that she commented on Leo being a “Debby Downer” was gold!! Literally exactly the message the movie was giving us about how the media screws up the message. Maybe it wasn’t real and it was scripted but still thought it was funny
LOL. It wasnt scripted, and the movie was making fun just like today's shows. thats why you feel that ''loop''.
I thought the same when she said that :/ This movie just reminded me very strongly of how stupid all of this is, it's gonna take some time till it gets out of my head
Yes, she was the Kate Blanchet character, focussing on how 'hilarious' the film was without a hint of irony or self reflection. If people get this film, they just might start looking at things a little more closely, and questioning things. I loved the bit where they are at a maga style political rally, and one of the crowd spots the comet in the sky and exclaims, 'they effing lied to us'.
@@raphaels33 ehhhhh, it was making fun of a handful of things.

His depiction of Don Jr. was absolutely hilarious.

I loved this movie but it is so scarily close to home. Today's world is rapidly losing touch with what is actually real and true. Social media is becoming an artificial world of self importance and is creating an alternative universe where many millions are getting lost and exploited. The biggest threats to us are natural and we need to be living in the real world to be able to see them coming.

This movie gave me chills down my spine. Thank you Leo and Jen and everyone for this masterpiece of our times.
Hello dear
watching this interview after watching the movie is hilarious to me. This is exactly like the interview in the movie where they completely ignore the main message and focus on tid bits and comedy of the film.
I like how in the movie where Ariana Grande was doing her interview talking about her relationship, the rating were wayyy up in the talk show, but when Leo and Jen came on to describe what they saw and everyone is going to die the ratings went “lower than other news channels” just goes to show we care more about bs drama than reality. This isn’t comedy this is REALITY!!!
Hello dear
The movie is worth watching , it delivers a very strong message ,
Dude it’s conditioning and deception by warping reality to make you fall in line with their political agendas. These celebs are the people, if there should be any other people in the world, who would be able to combine all their money and donate it to climate change. They are connected to the most wealthy, successful, and influential powerful people and leaders of the world. And they are busy acting in movies telling poor people to be afraid of climate change and donate and reduce our consumption when they are the ones living in luxury and also profiting millions from the movie. It is deception. If you’ve read and follow the Bible, you know the ending is written and it’s not gonna be as the movie describes which is an alternate ending absent of God which plants seeds in order to get you ready for the future they plan to give us. So don’t live for man, don’t live for scientists, Live in grace and faith with God as you are going to be judged for the day WILL come when HIS wrath wipes out all of the evil people. For a perfect world is not achievable by imperfect beings, only a perfect God. “And no wonder, for Satan himself keeps disguising himself as an angel of light. It is therefore nothing extraordinary if his ministers also keep disguising themselves as ministers of righteousness. But their end will be according to their works.” 2 Cor 12 Scientists are in survival mode, survival mode is greediness… that’s why they hoard. Look to God for comfort and truth, not man who cannot save himself from the external forces which are promised to him which is death.
Just watched it on Christmas night. This movie made me laugh then cry then laugh again with the ending 🤣 I loved it.
You're going to die due to climate change in the next 20 years
" I loved it" are probably not the right words. You (and me) better act. To be concrete: We should force the goverment to

I wish I was a body language expert, I would love to know what the meaning behind Jennifer Lawrence having her back to Leonardo DiCaprio the entire interview and what it truly means?!... Someone probably decided it would look better visually if her knees weren’t pointed directly into the camera. Maybe? If it’s a body language thing I’d say it looks like she doesn’t feel comfortable or safe around Leo. Back turned to protect herself from a potential threat.

Thank you, Leo, for only doing minor Botox and not turning into a retrospect of your younger self.:-) thank you!!!
Whew chile...the deadly reality of capitalism. Billionaire and power hoarders are risking all of our futures for ridiculous levels of profit today. Smh
what is leos carbon footprint again?
They already give away the ending without even realizing. Those comments were more than enough to assume what the ending will be. But nevertheless can wait to see the movie, Leo & Jlaw in the same movie, my ❤ is happy ☺️. Actually the whole cast is fantastic
I knew that would be the ending since the beginning, otherwise it wouldn’t make sense
@@paristexas1984 Yes, it would be a total ripoff if they didn't have that ending.
