I was thinking this could be uaed for breakfast to roll up scrambled eggs and melted cheese inside or at lunch time diced tomatoes, diced onions, diced green peppers and a little celery with half a clove pressed garlic. Then little olive oil or italian salad dressing aall marinated in a bowl covered in fridge for a few hours or over night. Then wrapped in the garlic one you made with fresh spinach...that one could use a little squeeze of lemon juice instead of the other 2 dressings and a small scoop of sour cream. I wouldnt be able to help myself id love to use these dor wraps the possibilities are endless.
@raewyncormack2461 I've seen other videos of people eating it with curry so I'd imagine it goes good with savory stews or soups too. I saw this same thing with green onions and garlic and that would probably be good with vegetables or even as a chicken salad wrap
After you mix all ingredients let it sit for 10 minutes. Look for crepe recipe, is exactly same. Leave it at least 30 seconds 1st and 2nd time in the pan to fry/roast and then turn it fast.

It’s not chapatti or naan or paratha. The method is different and it’s kneaded which makes it a different bread entirely. However, this is an easy way to get somewhat same thing without going through all that trouble hehe

My question is: will this recipe work with whole grain flour such as whole wheat flour?
True. Different flour, different method. It’s kneading with oil and water and some salt. Then rolling it out. This is technically a pancake. Not chapati

Freeze individual dough pucks, and thaw them out when you want fresh bread.

A little baking powder and some cheese can be put in it...

I finally got it to puff up but the edges didnt puff, so its cripsy. Mine doesn't puff up as much as yours does. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I discovered now. Set the fire on high temp. to make it hot , then when you start cooking set in medium high heat. I tried it.
