    Salam I always watch ur videos the recipe are great. One recipe I want to learn is cucumber pickle and jalapeno pickle I am from Pakistan we don't find jalapeno over here what else we use

    Should the milk be room tempersture or hot when poured and do we hv to refrigerate for 2hrs to set

      It should be a little warm, not too hot, it would be better if the sherbet milk is at room temperature, yes it will wait in the fridge, but not in the freezer, just keep it in the cold to thicken a little.
