Use yoghurt and a little grape vinegar instead of eggs, It is normal for it to remain crispy for 2 days, then it will soften. It should not be left in a humid environment and should be in a place that can breathe. It will soften indoors.

Hi, I am wonering about the sheeter machine, do you use starch for saparating the layers or because it is too hard dough there is no need for using starch. Also, if we looking to have a white Baklawa is it ok if we made the dough without eggs? And my last question, how much it coast the sheeter machine with all its relative stuff. Many thanks
yes starch is used, If you want white baklava, it is a situation related to frying, I know that it is cooked by covering it so that it does not brown and it is cooked for a long time, I did not understand the last question.

Hello Chef if i want to make eggless is there any receipe and my baklavas doesnt stay crispy for more than 2 days how to increase their shelf life
Use yoghurt and a little grape vinegar instead of eggs,
It is normal for it to remain crispy for 2 days, then it will soften. It should not be left in a humid environment and should be in a place that can breathe. It will soften indoors.
