    As of patch 1.1.0, Id can no longer Skill Cancel for a charged flurry.
    When spamming Godmight Finisher in Link Time (5:36), let the additional hits on the finisher play out. On dummy size enemies it's potentially a DPS gain to dodge cancel after the slam, but most enemies are large enough to get multihit by the explosion.

    For additional sigil recommendations:
    Generally Good Options:
    15 Stun Power / 15 Guts / 15 QCD / 15 Nimble Onslaught / 15 Linked Together / 15 Uplift
    Comfort Options:
    15 Autorevive / 15 Pot Hoarder (if no Drain on imbue) / 15 Aegis / 15 Steel Nerves / 20+ Firm Stance
    Imbue:
    Crit Rate (7-10)
    Drain (preferred)
    Filler (Tyr / Lotl / Combo Booster are nice to hit additional caps on Flurry, some skills, and early Godmight Finisher hits; can get Firm Stance to 20 if you're using it)
    Over Mastery:
    Normal Cap = Skill Cap >= Crit Rate (16%+) > Stun Power = ATK > SBA Cap > The Rest
    Skills:
    Unbound (Priority #1, the swing itself has an active hitbox for more damage)
    Reginleiv (High Priority, fastest cooldown)
    Scourge (Best third option for offensive skills)
    Arcadia (Aan be taken in place of an offensive skill for more utility)
    Never Enough (Acceptable replacement for scourge or regin, gap closer)
    Transform:
    The entire transform animation has I-frames if you avoid moving or acting. You can abuse this to prepare an easy Perfect Dodge when sitting in an attack with long active frames.
    Never Enough:
    Can dodge cancel immediately after the final kick hits and still receive the heal.

      I recommend instead of aegis you use that one crab sigil. The one that gives 20% hp and 10% mitigation. It works the best when paired with steel nerves. I also don't personally recommend Tyranny or LOTL if you can avoid it, but if necessary LOTL is the better choice solely due to Ignition and Drain hitting the 11%+ cap for drain and allowing 1500 heals per hit with Id. Also allows you to avoid using Tyranny since you dont gain too much HP to be out of terminus bonus.

    Since you asked, here are some things I don't think you mentioned (maybe I missed it?)
    1. The transform animation has s **throughout the entire duration of the animation.** Most people just intuitively feel like it's only for a moment or two, but in reality, the s linger all the way until Id completes his animation transition into his default battle pose. This is ESPECIALLY noticeable when turning into Godmight. Letting the Godmight transformation play out in its entirety (all the way until Id fully transitions into default animation) has saved my bacon in a lot of huge boss attacks.
    2. In my experience you can tell a good Id main from an average one by the way they use Dragonform Scourge since the laser can hit multiple times. Sometimes unlocking your camera and guiding your attack a certain direction can ensure better hitbox longevity on the boss than lasering with a lock-on. Remember that the laser begins left-to-right.
    3. I think you can cancel Never Enough after he does the final kick but before he resets his stance and still get the heal, so you don't lose DPS. I don't think you need to wait for him to do the stance reset to get the heal, it doesn't seem to be tied to the animation (I still see +5000 even if I dodge after the final kick)
    4. Unbound can also hit multiple times. The sword itself as well as the shockwave both have their own hitboxes so you should try to use Unbound in melee range if possible. They both do the same amount of damage so you can theoretically double Unbound's damage.
    Overall though this is the best Id advanced guide I've seen so far. You mentioned a lot of things that others didn't touch on or notice.

      Yeah the transform animation actually have a decent amount of s so it can be a good idea to hold transform off just to time the animation. Unbound having multiple hitboxes is also the reason why I typically place myself near Proto Baha’s hand instead of the head cause if you line up the hand and the head properly, you can hit almost all of Unbound hits.
      Another niche I’d say is that Reginleiv in dragon form lets you stay in the air for a few seconds so in case you need to dodge attacks that won’t reach midair then it’s a nice alternative rather than losing DPS and just jumping… otherwise I absolutely hate how slow it is

    Also autorevive is a must for Id especially for players learning the encounters cause when you die you don't revert to human form and you stay in either dragon or god might

    As a ID main you can also delay you gauge gain in dragon form by canceling the last hit from your melee flurry combo it’s useful against bosses that tend to out of reach or into the air.

    You don't need max firm stance levels to get total resistance to OD knockback. You already have 20% innate Firm Stance from mastery. For full resistance, you can achieve that by having 1 sigil with Firm stance as secondary for 15 levels, then some levels from Wrightstone imbue. A perfect wrightstone would be Crit Rate, Firm Stance, Drain.

    i didn't realize maxed Firm Stance actually lets you ignore OD activations! Here I was thinking it was necessary to always use dodges.

    Been an ID main for a couple days, love the character! the Skill cancel i had no idea about and definitely going to use that going forward. Also im super surprised about the damage for the SBAs?! had no idea Godmight was the weakest lol, the entire time i thought it was the strongest.

      Probably one of those things that will get patched, because it sure seems like the intent is for Godmight SBA to be the best option.

      @@SanctusG yea I agree! I hope it's the godmight SBA cause the animation looks great lol. Also the having the skill cancel tech is much more useful especially when I'm down to just one skill and waiting on the other cool downs

    Good video. I stopped using Ragnarok skill because it was too situational and I can spam god finishers in link time. With quick cooldown+linked together maxed with all attack skills I can race to link time for god finisher spam.

    Amazing video and tips! I found a supp dmg IV +uplift. I replaced my Versalis foundation for it. Would you say that’s worth it or is foundation huge

      I don't run foundation personally, it's more of a comfort option. Ignition, however, is non-negotiable.

    one thing i found out that I don't see mentioned anywhere is that you can dodge out of the lunge combo
    Ex, you're in link time and want to get 3 combos off
    instead of doing lunge - > lunge finisher - > godmight combo
    u can do lunge - > cancel with dodge - > lunge finisher - > godmight combo, and repeat to fit maybe 3 godmight combos in a linktime

      You don't actually save any time skipping the first Lunge, you just replace the damage and link meter pushback of the hit with an empty dodge. This does apply to Flurry, however, if you hit a Link Attack raw to enter Link Time and don't want to finish out the initial Flurry sequence.

    Something I didn’t see mentioned was the fact that Id can charge into flurry and depending what hit of his normal combo he is on makes it charge faster . Don’t know how helpful it can be but thought I’d share regardless.

      This is true, the only issue with that is it's slower to charge than just finishing the combo, even at 3 hits, and you lose out on the damage from the extra attacks.

    they need the change the caps on Id's godmight. Pretty sure it was dev oversight or a bug. Even with the 30% higher dmg cap in godmight with ignition, being that low is surprising.

    Id main since early access here (thinking of switching to Lancelot since I maxed everything and have been using Id to farm a complete Charlotta and Lancelot without even touching those chars). I've been playing casually (only on weekends) after the 2nd week of the game BUT I will say I thought I learned everything about the character, that Godmight SBA tip is a gamechanger. Never knew that and used to intentionally go into Godmight b/c I thought the dmg would intuitively be better.
    Also does Less is More V transfer over into Dragon Form? Since you practically always want to be in dragon form and the rotations are 5-8 seconds of damage burst to get into Dragon form -> burst skills + meelees in dragon form -> Godmight immediately into special finisher -> repeat
    I wonder if you still keep Dragon Form skills and get the boosted damage from Less is More 5.
    I'm admittedly too lazy to test it though, would you be open to doing a follow-up?

      I haven't tested it, but I doubt LiM functions in Dragon form. You wouldn't want to build that way anyway, as Id gets good value from his human form skills.
      Edit: Tested it for science, it doesn't work in Dragon form.

      Nope, but there's a chance it will get patched out on the 14th. It's a lot easier to do with Unbound than his other offensive skills, so start with that.

      Tech wise it holds up, however, Id's playstyle changes pretty drastically with his new sigil. Rather than cycling forms quickly, your goal is to pump damage in the forms until they time out.

      Quick cool down is much better. With cascade your dragon form hits only refill the current skills and not the human ones on cooldown

      Cascade has anti-synergy with his kit because he uses two sets of CDs. Human form skill CDs are paused while in dragon form, and dragon form skills are reset upon transforming. Fast attacking characters tend to get less value from Cascade in general, as there seems to be hidden attack value scaling for the CD reduction.
      More nimble is good (for the invuln and SBA buildup), but 16 is plenty. Additional QCD sigils are less effective than the initial one but are an option if you don't want any other utility.

      ​@@SanctusGadditional question. What is preferable? 30 tyrany or 15 tyrany + 15 Lotl, but with lotl you need to rely on potion hoarder.

      @@voxxxxx68 Preferably you run 15 Tyranny OR Lotl with 15 Stamina. 30 of one sigil loses out on the multiplicative scaling bonus, and tyr + lotl are both ATK bonuses.
