Can we wash basket with water because sometimes veg and non veg item has to cook separately. So cleaning is necessary. Please reply. Can we wash the basket?

How is it different from Phillips 9200, because that is comparatively costly as compared to this one
Philips HD9200 is better as it has a removable basket design. It gives even better cooking results. NA120 is good if you have budget constraint - it has a removable tray design - takes a little longer than HD9200 for cooking

No don't remove those, they are there to give grip to the metal plate...

HD9200 is better because it has a removable 2 layer basket. If budget is not a constraint, go for HD9200

Hello Mam- Mujhe ye Air Fryer lena hai - Already mai AGARO ka 4.5 Ltr liya hai but Customer care i think shi nhi hai inka- Mai ye janna chahta hu ki- Philips k is model me- ham Pause kaise karenge?? Beech beech me check krna hua agar to kaise karenge? direct Basket nikal lenge without power off?? Ya power off karenge fir nikalenge?

There is no way to pause the Philips NA120 airfryer. Pause feature is there in the higher end digital Philips airfryers like NA231 and HD9252. You can simply take the basket out in case you want to check in the middle of cooking - it's ok...
There is a dedicated recipe app called HomeID (NutriU) by Philips so see different recipes.

How to reduce the timer from 20 to 10 minites?
Manually - just move it from 20 to 10.

Just bought it. Wanted to know how to pause the timer and check in the middle. The timer currently is still ticking even after power off
There is no need for pause. Simply pull the basket out to check...
If the timer is still on after power off, you can manually make iit stop by rotating in the opposite direction
Timer ki switch.....0.... kar dijiye....tick tick sound off ho jayga.
Cooking start honese timer ki swich opposite direction mey rotate hote jayega.

What about the warranty...
Standard 2 year warranty on this. But generally Philips airfryer last very long. I used my old Philips AIRFRYER HD9220 for almost 9-10 years...
