Your spine health influence is par none! Want to say thank you for what you do and making these videos. I was ejected through the windshield of 70mph plus car crash so my body got beat up pretty bad. Broke lots of bones and almost scrambled my brain. This video in particular helped me greatly. My left rib punctured a hole through my lung and broke three vertebrae which effects the same side in my back. This stretch hit me in such a problem area opened me up, you rock sir!

Amazing! I had slipped ribs a lot in HS and doctors never gave me advice just pain meds. Had one slip tonight and was subjecting myself to hours of pain and then found this video. Didn't get a pop but felt better after stretching. Then when I went to lay back down I felt the pop. Amazing and I can breathe again. Thank you!!

Hi i think ive got this rn, for the first time. It feels like a puncture pain on my right lung. Is this a slipped rib or something else bc its scary not being able to breathe properly and idk what this is.

@@DrRowe Are there any strengthening exercises that you recommend specifically to prevent? I pop a rib a few times a year and its miserable, makes doing any sports impossible.
NEVER sit in a chair, turn upper body but without turning legs, then bend over to pick something up, like a cord. Commonly causes a rib out issue. ALWAYS turn both legs and torso together toward the item you want to pick up.

You need a seriously better chiro. No plan. Go as desired. Soft manipulation only, no arch and crack you types. Expensive, usually close to $300 a visit. Lasts forever.

wow??? i've had an unknown problem with my rib for 4-5 years that i suspect to be slipping rib syndrome, i've had no help from doctors and no medication to help with the pain or any way of knowing how to make it go away or at least manage it, but this exercise instantly helped??? 😭😭 i got a bit emotional, thank you!!

So many of your programs have made quite the difference in my quality of life. As a 63 year old former competitive water skier with a desk job, I have been hampered by back spasms of all varieties. The QL routine really helped restore my range of motion. Trying this one now for some lingering pain in the middle back of ribs. So i started the other morning out sneezing and may have dislocated a rib which then made breathing into my left lung quite painful and difficult. Did this once all pain left and now have full range of motion. Thank you brother the light in me honors the light in you 😊Namaste

I honestly can't even believe how quick and easy this stretch was. It helped me so much to where I only have a minimal amount of pain now! I felt a crack in my back rib with just the first part of the stretch and jumped up in so much excitement to tell my husband how almost pain free I feel!! I had been suffering for years thinking 🤔 "this is it, this is just how my life is gonna be. So I better just learn to accept it".. At least 14 years of this. And as time went on, it was only getting worse and more frequent pain and slipping. Thank you thank you thank you 😌!!!

This worked!!!! I had a few ribs slip out of place last night. I’ve been in so much pain since. Upper and lower back pain, sharp pain down one side and into the leg, muscles spasms, tenderness and heat over the out of place ribs. First try and my ribs crunched back into place! THANK YOU 😭

Oh my goodness, I have had very bad rib pain in my back for over a year. My chiropractor never could fix it. It's slowly been getting worse and making it hard to get out of bed or roll over. This exercise really works! I finally got it to pop and it released so much pain and pressure. I'm sure I will need to continue this to retrain the muscles and bones but its easy and worth it to be able to move with much less pain. Thank you. I feel so relieved!
What worked for me, since none of these exercises did more beyond momentary relief, is to stand in a doorway whilst propping up the popped rib against the inner part of the doorframe, and pushing with the opposite side (the arm on the side that does not hurt from the popped rib). You can change the angle to hit the correct (popped) rib in whichever way works or feels best, you can use a towel if the doorframe hurts your back too. This is the first time my back feels symmetrically flat on both sides. Pain is gone.

I broke all my ribs on the left side in an auto accident, seat belt broke them but probably saved my life. The pain is the worse I’ve experienced, just breathing is painful, coughing is torture & apart from narcotics there’s nothing they can really do as they need to remain flexible to let you breathe, time is the only healer.
I have hypermobile EDS 3 and he's a lifesaver!

This actually worked for me. It took till the next day to notice a diff. And i never heard or felt anything but the next day alot of the muscle soreness and tissue inflammation feels much better. Unfortunately i have one that slips everytime i cough or bend. But on days it feels like a hook around my side, this works. Cut my severe pain time in half from my usual timing. Thank you!
