Never knew it was twice NBC-owned. I do know that from 1956-65, it was KYW and Westinghouse-owned. In 1965, NBC and Westinghouse swapped stations in Philadelphia and Cleveland. WKYC (Cleveland) was KYW-TV during those years. Since 1965, KYW has been in Philadelphia. Interestingly, both stations are on Channel 3.
