I just bought the chicken bone broth so I can break my 87hr fast tomorrow afternoon.
How long do I cook it on the stove?
I don’t want to nuke the nutrients out of it with the microwave.
Are the animals not being exposed to biosludge as organic farmers are not allowed to use on their farms?
