It came to my attention as 27 years old that used to dance, that my biggest issue was my hips not my ankles. I was born with foot clubs and it made some things difficult. Will try this for a month and see if my stubborn right hip behaves better. Thank you.

Enjoyed this video & was able to do all except for the standing up part in my bed. Definitely feel a lot better. Will recommend in my endometriosis group because most of us get so tight in the hip area.

Your explanation is great. I have very weak flexibility and can never touch my toes or sit cross-legged. I started flexibility exercises almost 2 weeks ago with a minor difference in toe touching ones but my hips are very very tight. I started stretches and found that either it hurts or that as my hip muscles are trying to work out they cause pain as in exercise pain.
I don’t know if it’s normal or not because in all videos it is said to make you feel better. I don’t know if I feel better or not.
Help me in this please.
Question will these hip openings develops.my thighs..or they are just to bring strength to them
