Actually 먹어서 ~뚱뚱해졌어요 is more natural! I learned that when you use -(아/어)서 the verb in front of it stays in present tense and only the last verb of the sentence needs to be conjugated to show past, present, or future. Hope that helps you and everyone in their studies! :)
Wow, you're amazing. Learning language all on your own yes? To get that good while not living in the country of the language is extremely hard. It took me years to master English and it only happened because I moved to the US as a kid. Envy your passion for the language.
Just one small thing that I've also notice on other videos at 7:20 you use a sentence starting with 나 and that is 빈말 therefore the ending 요 should not be used so it should end as 싶어 or at least that what I found on the research I did. Other than that thanks for the video and keep up the good work.
LL Magitek Hi. You can use 나 or 내 in 존댓말. It is used when you wanna be less polite(?). For example I have a close friend who is one year older than me and I would say to him 나한테 줘요. 내가 할게요. 등등... cuz I don't need to be so polite to him. Well I could have chosen to use 반말 to him but I just chose not to and rather speak this way. Also when seniors speak to strangers younger than them they often speak this way too. 나 ~~요. There are several other situations when you mix 반말 and 존댓말. However I recommend you not to mix 반말 and 존댓말 until you have learned enough cuz it is really complicated and difficult for foreigners to decide when to use and not use it.😁
i'm also suprised but i'm not korean but when a native english speaker are able to make a good asian pronuncation is rare(i'm hungarian) it's a pretty similar launage to the asian langauges
'런던에서 날씨가 주말에 더워졌어요' is incorrect (very awkward sentence.) and I think it sounds like English in order a bit haha . It should be '주말에 런던의 날씨가 더워졌어요.' 먹었어서 is incorrect in grammar and ㄹ was missed on '패스트푸드르' > '패스트푸드를' and '저의 남동생은' is totally perfect but in speaking, Koreans don't say '저의', we say '제' instead of '저의' in speaking. but how good your Korean though, I wish I can speak English as you do in Korean!!!!!
@@darkray5653 먹어서 is correct. The verb at the end of the sentence determines whether or not it is past, present or future tense. It's awkward at first until you grasp the feel for it, but until then, just know that 어서 is always in the present form
For some reason I can't stop myself smiling while watching your video all the time. Probably not to mention English, im into how you speak Korean(you barely speak it, though:D) Why dont you make only Korean speaking video if you dont mind? Im pretty sure that you got already at least b1 level in Topik, when it comes to your intonation(THERE IS NO SPEAKING PART IN TOPIK, though)

You do know that 요 is used for honorifics right? You know, 요 for polite and 입니다 for formal polite.
So beautiful!!
한국어 발음이 정말 완벽하네요. 놀랍습니다.

I'm a bit late, but what would be correct instead of 먹었어서? Would it be 먹어서?
@@darkray5653 i aint major in korean, let me give you tips. 먹었어서 must be meaning had eaten. and other one is have eat.

ARE U GETTING MARRIED? That diet and happiness gives me a wedding feeling
Oziel Bernal Ahahahaha my friend said the exact same thing when I told her about the diet!! 🤣🤣🤣🙈 But no, not yet 🤗🤗
♡♡♡♡♡
I am early! Your videos are reallllyyy helpful and i want to know how can i communicate with you if I wanted to ask you about something?
그 남자는 패스트 푸드르 먹었어서 뚱뚱해졌어요 (X) -> 그 남자는 패스트푸드를 먹어서 뚱뚱해졌어요. (O)
먹었어서 is little awkward 먹어서 or 먹었기 때문에 is more natural i think.
나는 당신의 빅팬이 됬어요
How did you learn korean?
이름도 이쁘당
엠쌤, 감사합니다! 전 이것 몰랐어요. 이제 배웠어서 알아요. :)
(...I hope that made sense. It did to me, but it may not be natural xD)
In the example of fast food u said 패스트푸드 is fast food but 르 for what ?

Жалко что русские субтитры не делаешь)💞
먹었어서(It makes no sense) -> 먹어서, or ~를 먹었기 때문에 뚱뚱해 졌어여.
Are you becoming a Korean idol or something? Is that why you are on a diet? XD Btw '그 남자는 패스트 푸드를 먹어서 뚱뚱해졌어요' would be better I think.
