- The Huntington is home to 16 spectacular themed gardens spread across 120 acres. We got to see the Japanese Garden, Galleria and walkthrough many of the gardens. There is so much to see and we will definitely be coming back.

I would highly recommend watching the Introduction video at the Maple Center across from the 1919 Food Center. It gives a lot of background information on the Huntington family. The juiciest fact is how the Huntington fortune was consolidated... I'll leave it at that to keep the surprise.

Great video mondo, glad you guys went to the Huntington, you unfortunately missed the massive Chinese Garden on the west side, also there’s a huge 100 year old cactus garden on the east side, you guys probably saw half of the gardens, would highly recommend getting a membership, they have outdoor summer concerts open until sundown. Probably one of La’s most beautiful places.

Chinese Garden is my favorite. Easily, you can spend a couple of hours in that garden.
Yay, so glad y'all made it here. I've grown up going to that spot because my parents are members. As a kid, I fell headfirst into that Koi pond in the Japanese garden 🤣. My mom would take my kids here for all kinds of various adventures, classes, and workshops. I recommend trying their tea house brunch, @MysteryBae and you will both enjoy.
