The Dark Side of Mongolia

  • The landlocked country of Mongolia is located between Russia and China and consists of beautiful sceneries such as upland steppes, deserts, and forested mountain ranges. It was speculated that the Huns may have been their ancestors. A united Mongolian was formed in the early 13th century by none other than Genghis Khan. Their influence was immense and Mongolian territory included China, Russia, Central Asia, and the Middle East.
Their GDP increased by 4.85% to US$ 16.81 billion in 2022 and so was their GDP per capita which increased by 3.3% to US$ 4,242 in 2022.

I've only met a few mongolians in my life. But one distinct characteristic that stands out for me, they were all physically strong. No matter their size, physique or gender. Especially the women. Its like they have genetically denser muscles. And none of them were fat. Some were stocky but not fat.

If you can survive climate in Mongolia you can survive anywhere, SUMMER +30 to +45 degrees Celsius and Winter - 20 to -45 degrees Celsius. and weather changes unexpectedly, like in a day time it would be +30 and in the night it would get +10, sometimes it snows in June. in the part where explains obesity footages are all Chinese videos.

Your video presents an intriguing viewpoint, yet it lacks research substantiating Mongolia as the most obese country in Asia. It appears there might be confusion between the terms "obesity" and "overweight." Clarifying this distinction would strengthen your argument. Furthermore, it overlooks the fact that Mongolia has fewer fast-food restaurants compared to other countries, and a significant portion of the population prepares their meals at home.

1st - Mongolia is obese because of processed food and fast food industries, not because of animal products!!! Animal products are the most neutral and healthy food possible for humans (there are some exceptions ofc)... China is not obese because people die from starvation in the thousands every day, so you can imagine how much people eat there! 2nd - Mongolia has pollution due to coal burning and its land relief, yes, but also because of China (the most polluted and coal-burning country in the world (and increasing)), where its pollution at spring and summer spreads through all of East Asia (in occasions with desert sand), beyond Japan even... so yeah....

I am Mongolian and agree to most of the facts mentioned in this video.
Unfortunately since 1991, people urbanized like never before and culture and urban etiquette not necessarily caught up!
Typical developing country pains like localized polution (capital and small settlements) poor food choice and lack of activity lead to obese and undereducated population. Other side of things such as old traditions that clash with modern rule of law (child labor such as horse jockey etc)
Young generation obviously progressing far better than the middle aged and old people.

Temuujin Borzhizhyn was HRH's birth name. "Chinggis Khaan" translates to "king of kings." He was converted to Catholicism by Armenian mercenaries under his employ. This has been the reason why HRH is so villified to the uneducated. In fact this villification did not begin until the early 1800s, nearly 600 years after his death. Very telling.
Great blessings upon all who await the approaching resurrection of HRH Chinggis Khaan! No mortal can prevent what Heaven has ordained. Together we will all save Mongolia.
      😇🙏🕊️

@@kenix9397 Actually it is not. The Indian Outlaw is correct. "Genghis" is a misnomer. HRH title is properly pronounced Jingisz (Magyar), with Chinggis being the Mongol spelling in Latin script. Khaan in pronounced HAHN. The KH in Mongol is a similar inflection to the CH in Hebrew.
This mixup likely came with the Christianization of HRH's title, which we know today as the name Dennis. While he was not officially beatified or canonized by the Church, there's no doubt in my mind HRH was truly blessed AND a saint. 🕊️ Remember, it was Jesus Christ Who cryptically said: "I did not come to bring peace, but a sword." First bring the sword, then you'll have peace. It only works 1 way.

True. They drink alcohol too much all days. Never think that the woman gets drunk first, they are all very good drinkers, when they serve it in bowls full, 2 bowls full is enough. And don’t go walking alone at night, if ever you got beaten and injured then you’ll witness their hospital full of badly injured men mostly head the injuries

I lived in Mongolia for 7 years, in 4 towns and over a span of 16 years. 2000- 2016. My family are Mongolian but we dont live there now. Health is a huge problem. The herders are fine as although their diet is fatty, they burn it off easily; l have never met an obese herder. The problem is, is that when people move to the towns and often over-heated apartments, their diet doesnt change although their lifestyle does- they eat more processed food, more sugar, and do little exercise ( why walk when you have a horse? ) the fatty animals and diet that was fine as a herder, doesnt translate into modern lifestyles. In Ulaanbaatar, the traffic is amongst the worst in the world, the pollution so bad that even I, a health - conscious person, was hospitalised twice due to lung infections. Young people are beginning to wake up to the fact that their lifestyle is terrible, but the older folks???? Not so much. Most of my relatives in UB live in the ger districts and many have diabetes due to bad diet and lack of exercise. However, they know that now, and are trying to do something about it. Many Mongolians are, unfortunately, not so enlightened and have the burden of pride and, as such, will die through lung disease, heart disease, diabetes and other pollution and diet related conditions......but still think their lifestyle and diet is healthy

The Song Dynasty, Liao Dynasty, and Jin Dynasty were equally regarded as the orthodox dynasties of China by the later dynasties (Yuan, Ming, and Qing). The Jurchens of the Jin Dynasty were not the same ethnic group as the Manchus (Tungusic people), and almost all of the Jurchens disappeared in the Mongol invasion war. The Manchus did not have a population of 20 million, but only 10 million. The vast majority of the Manchus came from the Han Eight Banners and the Han people who changed their ethnicity for the sake of minority preferential treatment.

Your video is misleading. You talk about Mongolia, but then show footage of overweight people from China. This mix-up spreads incorrect information and gives a false impression of Mongolia. Please do more thorough research and ensure your content accurately represents the subject you're discussing. Misinformation can have a real impact, so it's important to get the details right.
