Steamed Buns with Sweet Peanuts Filling

Ingredients for Sweet Peanuts:
200 gr chopped peanuts
100 gr sugar
3 tbsp hot water
Ingredients for Buns:
560 gr all purpose flour
320 ml whole milk
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
20 gr sugar
30 gr vegetable oil
