My dad grew up in Palliser bay station around there
Epic! Sounds like an amazing place to live in!
Ein wunderbarer Ort....ich war da!!!!
Awesome Viola, when did you visit?
Heh heh...what a workout, guys! I bet you felt a few muscles the next day. But the view is so worth it. Thats New Zealand for you. Never disappoints.
Vehicles...LOL!!! Large Beef-carriers! XX
Haha muscles we didn't even know existed! But you're so right, there are many demanding climbs in New Zealand to amazing places - definitely more demanding that 250+ stairs.
Cattle = NZ traffic ;)
Yep...I got really fit when I stayed in New Zealand...no gym..and its free! Wow! Anywhere in New Zealand the traffic jam will be beef on the hoof, or lamb on the hoof, or even....cheese on the hoof!
Haha! Yup! Our legs are like steel now 💪
Were the seals in random spots along the drive or is there a specific spot you can find them?
The colony is about 500m before you arrive at the light house ;) When will you guys go the Cape Palliser?
@@NZPocketGuide Awesome! That is perfect information! We will be driving down to Wellington at the end of December. We are trying to figure out if we want to squeeze it in before heading to the ferry to go to the south island.
Sweet, it is a bit of a drive but soooo worth it!! If you have more questions about your trip, pop in during one of our live session (every Sundays 8am NZ time) if you have any questions about your trip, we'd love to help you plan your trip ;)
@@NZPocketGuide Great! Thank you! You guys have awesome information!!
Thanks team, it means a lot!
