I like that you kept the stock carburetor setup, Often times the 2 carburetor setups for these bikes make it run worse and are harder to tune, and when all 4 carbs have pod filters sometimes when going fast the engine bogs from the 2 center cylinders not getting enough air.

I just bought a cb750 to turn into a cafe racer. I’m having issues... I changed out the handle bars to the low profiles ones and now I’m having issues with throttle because the wires are crammed... did you run into this issue??
Interesting modifications. I like the way that this video shows a simple, practical approach. I gave it a like. I am wondering if it never rains where you are. Don't you need mudguards for the wheels?
Great build. Considering doing the same with a bmw k100. Have one im looking at, with clean title, 100k miles, for like $400.Just doesn't currently run. Also I'm a novice.
Nice build ! I've done a few of these and found a company called "Texavina" they are in Viet Nam and make some really nice quality seats for builds like this and they are model specific. turn around time varies, shipping and customs, but they are high quality. I had one build where I cheaped it and ordered a Cafe seat from Ebay and man, what garbage, hard to sell a build with materials like that, just my two cent.

The bike does look great I’ve owned a lot of Honda 650 and 750 fours over the years love the motors weight to power ratio and reliability the only negative I know on the bikes is on the late 1970s and early 80s when the laws changed about riding day and night with the headlight on Honda and most other Japanese bikes did not upgrade the charging system to accommodate the drain from that headlight the easiest solution is to put a switch on the headlight to not run it during daytime for me if I got pulled over for it I just played dumb and said I forgot to switch it on it’s hard to tell in the daytime that it’s off because I can see fine
Nice job mate👍🏻 Good choice on the handle bars too! The downside to clip ons is the uncomfortable position but nice compromise. Only thing I could pick on was the unpainted engine mounts at the front. Well done 👏🏻 Cheers from Down Under.
