Don’t Tell the Bride is a wedding show like no other; instead of the wedding you want, it’s the wedding you’ll never forget - hopefully for all the right reasons! Each episode follows a couple through the entire process of organising a wedding, but the twist is that the bride has absolutely no involvement. For better or for worse, she has agreed to hand overall control of the wedding to the groom. She has no idea where she’s getting married, who is turning up or even what she is wearing until the big day itself. The couples are separated for the month leading up to the big day and the groom has to pull off the whole thing in secret. Will the relationship survive the strain? Will the groom succeed in pulling together the perfect wedding? And is his idea of perfection anywhere near hers?

I'm not happy of him trashing mum in front of the little one. I'm afraid is not the first time and won't be the last. Even if you're right just let him out of it.
My thoughts exactly. Inappropriate.
Wayne was gaslighting the mother of his kid ...plus he was doing it in front of the kid and involving the child ...this is so wrong ....and is a big red flag ....she should run.... dont marry the guy
My thoughts exactly. Jog him on & get rid. What bride does not see her dress. Control freak. 🙄
The filming sometimes isn't the best.
Great example of showing your son how much you respect your future wife, his mother by calling her a cow because she has a different opinion.🙄
thats what i thought. he shouldnt slag her off to her son.
I agree - he should have told HER, not the kid. And cancel the wedding if he's "not good enough" already.
Why is she marrying that nasty bum.
The first dress is so sophisticated. Great choice!
For Leeann’s groom, he didn’t listen to what was said. She did like the dress, just wanted a bit more sparkle. He should be happy but all he heard was a negative. This is the problem in relationships.
She didn't care that he didn't have any more money. She was a spoiled ungrateful brat!
He understood well - but if there's no more budget... 🤷🏻♀️
I understand his frustration: Feeling like "not good enough" after you did whatever you could is devastating for a man (and for a marriage). He's a nice guy and spoiled little princess should be happy and appreciate the lovely dress.
The shaking weeper has the body of a model and expresses appreciation for her partner. She became my favorite.
The girl who wants a 250k wedding should've starting saving many years ago 😂
8:43 that dress suits her so much and she loves it, great job groom👏🏾
The first time I’ve ever gotten goosebumps when seeing “The Dress”!
I love how the men at 31:00 were trying to get a better deal and really put the effort and thought into their mission. That was adorable.
Id love to see a compilation of bad wedding dress picks and bad bridesmaid dress picks lol
The first bride cracked me up, he did really well to be fair, she looked gorgeous. Couldn't understand the hatred of the tiara personally but glad she liked it :D
Spoiled woman
All I could think was “get the hair out of the face.”
@@maryswanson9982😁
Why go unto these shows and don’t like the dress
@@sandralow3749because they don’t know they won’t like it until they see it 🫨
Weddings are such a big rip off. Poor people think they have to spend a ton.
Makes you wonder how the one who was crying and shaking before she even got in the shop is going to manage to walk down the aisle!
She walked up and down smiling.
I always get my way!
I was wondering how she managed to get out of bed every morning without having a meltdown
The bride at 22:01 looks gorgeous. The groom did really well.
At 40 after two kids & a divorce you see this like :" so much drama for nothing " 😂😂😂😂😂
After vowing never to get married at 14 (1974) and no kids, l think l made two of the best decisions in my life, now 64.!
The bride at 15:00. Her groom nailed it. She wants to wear it home on the tube. 😄
Good.luck on the tiara couple!
My £££ is definitely on Leanne & Wayne NOT still being together. And don’t slag off the other parent in front of your children!
They are still together!
I love then the guys have respect for the bridesmaids and their opinions, it's always especially sweet to see when they take them dress shopping to get their opinions. The bar is also so low from some episodes, though xD
And yet those idiots chose the one color the bride said she didn’t want. The groom was great. The bridesmaids were jackasses.
Why do these brides agree to be in a program like this and then complain that the dress chose for them doesn’t meet their standards?
I do not like the way he was talking about Leann to their son. That could cause some MAJOR behavioral problems in his son in the future if he doesn’t stop NOW! He will think it’s ok to treat women that way.
Him and his probably behave like this and think it's co0l.
More to the point why was he marrying her and vice versa.
If it was drinks he would spend it.
33:01 ❤ yum & you're welcome ladies 😂
Now I have got to get a seamstress. What is a seamstress? 😂😂😂😂😂
a woman who sews, especially one who earns her living by sewing.
A seamstress is the person who does the alteration meaning fixes the issue on the dress 👗
Google it dear .
The crying bride who dont care about the shies, so happy with the dress. You go girl. The groom was one lucky man
19:55 I hope she never has to face a real crisis, omg
I am amazed at how immature some of these people are 😅😅 oh, and they already have several kids ! They are multiplying…..
Shouldn't the groom get his bride's measurements or at least her dress size first? I mean, really!
When you start calling names and be disrespectful as to your future in laws it won’t last .
Is there not ONE bridegroom capable of choosing a dress that isn’t a strapless meringue, or some sort of joke to fit in with a jokey wedding?
I know if I'd trusted my husband, I wouldn't have got a meringue or jokey. However, I wouldn't have got the dress I actually wanted! I wanted lace but somewhat simple, but also, I was also looking for a shorter, 50's inspired dress which I definitely didn't get. Hubby would have probably picked something very simple-maybe a touch of sparkle but ultimately simple. And I doubt he would have remembered a hair accessory or shoes...I had silver flats and a side headband!
I mean I can't fully blame them...at this time, these sorts of dresses were really popular so I'd imagine bridal shops probably had a lot of them
The first girl that kept saying shhhh should shut up herself, it’s the brides dress not hers. I’d be so annoyed.
I thought I was the only one that found her weirdly annoying I'm glad it's not just me
Magic knickers?😂
If she is that stresed for something that small ( bridemaide) i don' t want to see her in really stresfull situations 😂😂😂😂
Snowflake generation
I'm sorry, but the sister's shushing is so obnoxious. Somebody needs to tell _her_ to "shhhh." Five times in less than a minute is just too much. @0:54, 1:15, 1:32, 1:41 & 1:43.
Oh my God yes and I just gave a similar reply to someone about this.😮
My 2nd wedding dress was custom made. I was not to see it until the wedding day. I was told how beautiful it was, along with the shoes. I never got to see it...he left me after 7 years and ruined the dress...it was burned.
That is so sad ! You are better off
How sad! 😥 I never had a wedding dress because I was 8 month pregnant and we only had the civil ceremony. I never felt happily married. We got divorced 12 years later 🤷🏻♀️
Love the first bridesdress.
Grate bridemaidsdresses
Groom 2 did a grate job, beautyfull dress
Groom 3 choose a beautyfull dress too.
Poor guy feeling so defeted, poor guy
Groom 4 knows what his girl loves
Breath Lauren! You look amasing!
Well the red dresses look good on them
So happy to see happy brides!
Beautyfull brides!
I’m watching this out of curiosity. I’m not sure what I think of this premise.
Groom plans everything without the bride 👰♀️ knowing.
Dangerous.
@@MaxRoc21yes, and the show pays for the wedding.
Dude, the dress has to be altered to fit. He kinda pissing me off.
Well, it's not like she was allowed to see let alone try it on before then
To the guy that married “LeeAnn”, RUNAWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!!!!!!😬
They're both horribly immature emotionally. Neither should be getting married to anyone
I'm a woman but I agree.
“Ssh! Ssh! Ssh!”
As they are having a free wedding some bride's need to be more greatful
A thousand dollars is more than I spent on my wedding dress and my dress was beautiful. All of their dresser were beautiful. I wanted our guests to have an amazing party after the wedding, I didn’t care how expensive the dress or the cake was. I actually saved a HUGE amount of money on wedding cake. I went to a great bakery and got sheet cakes. They were amazing, filled with filling and beautiful but they were a 1/4th the price of wedding cakes. It was going to get cut up anyways! The only thing I splurged on aside from food and alcohol was I paid a local flower shop for real flowers. Real on the tables and real in the bouquets. Roses. Never regretted it. It was only around $300 for the real flowers and the food catering and bar was the most expensive part!! I had a wedding with about 200 people there and it was the best party I’ve ever been to!! One thing I regret not “splurging” on was a photographer. We all know they are expensive and my mother is a really great photographer. She offered and I do wish I would have hired one so I had a video and so my mom didn’t have to take pics. I put cameras on all of the tables for people to take pics with if they wanted also!! We also hired a professional dj. My marriage lasted 16 years 😂🤣 and we ending up spending about 10 grand. My parents paid for the event location and his parents paid the catering. I didn’t expect them to or ask them to, my father in law was insistent on an open bar with no cost to the guests. I think both sets of parents paid 3,000 and we paid the other 4.
Oh and since we got married in the winter time, the dj gave us a huge deal because their business was really slow. I forgot we had to pay for security at $25 per officer I think per hour? Something like that. So I think we paid a couple hundred to the officers. That is how we ended up spending 4 grand ourselves because there are a lot of last minute costs that you forget about until you’re setting up for your wedding. My family helped set everything up and even on the night before I had to run to the store and spend another hundred or so for something we forgot. After you include gifts for your parents and the bride and groomsman it’s really easy to run out of money!!
I forgot to say that my whole point was I CANNOT IMAGINE my ex husband planning our wedding 😂😂 just no way.
Your wedding sounds like it was so much fun and a team effort financially (which is ideal imo), I’m not looking to spend a lot, I’d prefer the money to go towards a house and swimming pool 😆
It’s definitely achievable to find beautiful dresses at decent prices, but some people think price indicates quality-not always the case
I’ll be surprised if I spend more than £1000 for the dress tbh
@@alkahinat4558 I agree! I was never a bridezilla. We wanted friends and family to have a blast and they definitely did! I’ve always thought the thousand dollar wedding cakes for normal class people are absurd. A wedding dress is going to be beautiful either way on a bride especially if it’s a flattering fit! They don’t have to be outrageous!!!
Some of these men did try so hard and scared to death.😅
So many of these women don’t wash their hair.
Katy 😍😍😍😍
I want sparkles and he will just have to pay. If that is the tune your married life is getting started with then I see a divorce in the future with lots of debt.
He will be filing name and she’ll be looking for someone with an “overdraft”
Wonder how many of these marriages last
Leeann should pay for the bling herself if he has no more budget for the dress. Understandably frustrating for him to feel like "not good enough". Bad start for this marriage 😟
She signed up for the groom to do the choosing.
This is an extremely stressful experience for these young ladies
Of course the guy wasn't thinking about a seamstress that was quite rude I hope that's just stress and not how she normally talks about him that would just be sad when he obviously realy cared if she liked it or not
Some of these brides are just too much.
90 % of these guys spend more money on their stags than they do on the dress.
The poor guy talking to his son after his bride wants more sparkle. He was so broken over it. Sure hope she appreciates whatever he has done….
Isn't it funny how easily butt hurt the guys get. Oh no my exact decisions didn't get the reactions I wanted. 😢
Why would Wayne marry that?!? What a spoiled ungrateful brat!
Quit whining to your little boy, Groom 🤵
I love tiaras Don’t understand brides that wear nothing
Obviously a lot is encouraged for tv. Still when you watch the whole shows there are some general themes. First, bridezillas - who give up control because they cannot afford the wedding. Second sttrong personalityies in respect to friends brides maids and moms, arrogant or indecisive grooms, goofy groomsmen, picky bridesmaids, grooms spending too muh on entrances and themes, overly emmotional brides and fammily members with lots of opinions but they won't chip in to up the dress, altter it or help out. Yes the show gives $10,000 but when people are struggling overr 100 dollars/or whatever surely if the show is paying 10,000 people can put in a few hundred even a thousand. or if they are all that poor then they shold live within the means of the wedding. Like they are lucky they have any money.
WHY do you ladies do this to yourself? Are you getting your wedding paid for, like a lot of money…..to do this? There are enough stressors in these preparations but you decide to do this? Unreal.
It's free.
the wedding gets paid for by the tv channel as long as nobody tells the bride anything
She’s so bratty jest because of the tiara🙄
She doesn’t have to like it. You’re the one acting like a brat over what someone else feels comfortable with
Don't women in the UK buy their own dresses like in the US?
They do, but the hole premise of the show is that the Groom organises everything without the Bride's involvement. The clue is in the name.
We do. We also usually get to help choose our engagement ring.
It's really weird the groom choosing the bride's and bridesmaid's dresses. Is that just a British thing?
The couple get the whole wedding thing paid for them, by the show.
The only rule is that the groom has to arrange the whole thing, from start to finish & stay within budget!
It’s a television thing REALITY television
No, it really isn't b British thing. This TV show lets the groom choose everything and TV company give him a budget. Basically, these people deserve what they get. Too tight to save up for a wedding. And I'm sure it's deliberate, or it wouldn't make good TV.
@@starsailor6716 Thanks!
The bride crying before she sees the dress!? Grow up!
Why are all the comments from divorced women? Why would you watch something like this? 😂
How do you know they are ALL divorced.
I canr get ovee these fussy women
