Putting that divider between the greens and the ice pack on the bottom is very counter productive compared to the opposite. If you want to keep then chilled for longer storage life you would be much better off putting the greens on the bottom, then the divider and the icepack on top. That would be more effective job keeping them cooled. Trust me, I know from doing measurements with real recording thermometers but do as you please, it's OK with me. As cool as the weather is today I don't think it matters much but in the summer the difference would evident if you did measurements. In life it is not enough to just do, you should do what is effective and what isn't effective is a waste of time and counter productive. I'm loving your videos and actually going for it, with starting your GREEN$ BUSINE$$. Keep your eye on the prize young man.
+sailingsolar You are absolutely right. I was frazzled juggling the camera and said in my head "opps, upside down!" but I just left it since its freezing cold out. When I pack coolers on warm days, I always lay a piece of cloroplast over the greens with some ice packs on top.
Microgreens Farmer Good job, glad to hear it. Have you spent any time going to any grocery stores (small) in your area to see if they want to carry your produce, like the privately owned quick stops? If they say no, see if they'll try it on consignment. Of course you'll have to have wholesale and retail pricing because the wholesale is higher volume. If you did that you need to get different packaging. Some containers like this,,, plasticcontainercity.com/4-oz-container-with-hinged-lid-400-case.htm . They come in many shapes and sizes 4,8,12,,, 24, oz's etc. It's not like gallon baggies are free so your already paying for packaging. You might use tamper proof stickers that tear if someone tyries to open one. The gallon baggie is a bit amateurish but it works for you now, just saying. Sealed packaging is safer and more professional. Some ideas to ponder. Good luck. Cheers.

+Buds McGee Hey Buds, I charge $12 for once a month delivery or $20 for twice. The weights vary depending on the variety of microgreens they get each week. For radish, pea, and sunflower its around 6-7 oz.

I have one question if you feel comfortable answering. I apologize for offense. .I m just curious why did you go on bike instead of delivering in car in cold weather. ..I can understand it would so much fun in warmer weather but not in cold.
