I look forward to your videos. I am 79 yrs old, a Viet Nam Era Vet, a Hobby Genealogist and I live in West Virginia and love Nature. I am not able to walk in the woods anymore due to some health issues, and Vermont woods look very similar to West Virginia's woids, except for the elevation. Oh and your music in this video is really relaxing. ✌️🥰 🇺🇸
Thank you for serving for our freedom, Karen. ❤️
Thank you very much for looking after us.
I couldn’t remember if I’d watched this video until I read your post. I remembered it because it reminds me of me. Stay safe and well.
Thank you for your service & welcome home ma’am! 🫡 - from a former MMN2 (SW) USN 🤙🏻
I started detecting our local small town airfield. It was founded in 1937. I've found many old coins including a 1912 D wheat cent. Yesterday by the old wind sock I detected a great signal and about 8" deep found a 1922 peace dollar. 100 year old coin. You just never know..
My best find in this field was yesterday when I dug up a Vintage Hubley Kiddie-Toy Diecast U.S. Army Fighter Plane. It's in amazing condition! I'm having it powder coated to new condition today.
Very cool ring. That looks like it could be a snuff or "dip" container. Finding the 4 pieces of the watch is incredible. Glad the stem is still there. Good hunting.
One of the brass circular items Brad did not identify appears to be an escutcheon plate for a doorknob, with holes for two screws or bolts.
Always look forward to ending my week with your video.great finds today! Have a good weekend everyone!!
Really love today's finds! You can almost imagine the man that carried that watch reminds me of grandpa! That nickel is a wow too!
Brad you are the best. This is possibly (to me) your best produced video. OUTSTANDING. The video, the stories, the context, man you are killing it. Such a pleasure to watch.
The ring is beautiful no matter what it’s made of! Some really cool finds for sure.
I really envy you Brad, you are so blessed to be able to detect such beautiful places
Thank for for sacrificing yourself to the blackflies for us! I would prefer you keep your net on because every time I see you out in that beautiful area, every one of my bites start itching ! The flies here in Newfoundland this year are ravenous! Wonderful treasures found for your bravery! Love that tiny ring!
Your videos are so elegantly done. Such a pleasure to watch.
Great finds!
My heart jumped when you found that signet ring ! The design looks so similar to a gold ring I have of my dad's when he was a child. It's a beautifully scripted monogram with his 3 initial on it, and it's quite small! So I guess little boys got signet rings too. I'm guessing a size 3. Born 1919.
Whoa, what an amazing hunt Brad! Thanks for sharing!
I found several overall buttons from the late 1800s and they were labeled red fink bar which was a Detroit company and it's still in business
Amazing. Great rescue of old things!
Just a fleeting view but loved the horseshoe with the sapling growing around it 👍
Super cool!
Havent watched in over a year, but now you"ve inspired me to dig out my detector and go out tomorrow. Nice show.Thanks.
Great finds again mate, I look forward to seeing your hunts every Friday night! There's more gold nuggets to be found😉
Hi Brad, congrats on finding the ring, they are always special because they are so personal.
The pocket watch parts and the shell were a great find too, amazing that you found them so
scattered apart and could put them back together after all this time of them being in the ground.
It was cool to see the beautiful red Trillium showing it's face to the sun, don't smell it though lol.
Thank you for sharing, much love. xx ❤
I really enjoy your videos, great filming/editing, love the woods, the nature and even your voice is very calming, thank you.
Thoroughly enjoyed this episode . Thank you so much and best wishes
Wow Brad awesome , a mixture of many treasures . Congratulations very great day you had . Well deserved thanks again for sharing
Gorgeous ring, the delicate design on it was beautiful.
Some awesome finds dude, well done. Thanks for the video, really enjoyed this one! Have a great weekend. Love and blessings to you and your family! ❤️🙏
I really enjoyed this video; you had some very different and very cool finds. Love the ring. I'd be thrilled to find a buffalo nickle, too, Brad. GL&HH.
I think that Sprague button used to be used on jeans and overalls. It looked so familiar from years ago when I was younger.
Awesome finds again Brad, I looked up the Sprague button and found that a company in Mass made Sprague khakis in the 1920’s. Possibly from there. Not much more information on them
Some nice finds on the day Brad!!!! The black flies have been fierce this year. Happy hunting and be well
Yea!!! It’s Friday. Thanks Brad for the trip through time.👍
Hi, Brad. Enjoyed seeing your array of finds especially the ring, the buffalo cent and the newer 'jeans/overalls' buttons. Thanks for sharing 👍🏽 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Brad, this excursion was EPIC! Love it!💞thank you
Great finds, especially the silver,I love seeing the silver come out.
hey Brad! I love your choice of music.............
It becomes more of an obsession instead of a hobby when you start finding cool stuff like this! Cool video! Take care!🤘😎💯
I can hear a wood thrush singing throughout this video...one of the nicest sounds of Spring in the woods.
Great job Brad!!!
"That's always the case" Love the pun, though it appeared incidental. Hah!
What a great variety of history Brad! Love that suspender clasp, those are awesome. I never realized those were sleigh bells, I've found a few of them that look exactly the same as yours and thought they were a desk bell top. Interesting! Thanks for another great hunt 👊 👍 ✌️
Pocket watches had a removable “key” to wind them until the “keyless works” were invented around the mid 1800’s, then the same post that was used to set the time was used to wind the watch (one function required pulling the stem out a bit).
I'm new to your channel and like your show very much.
That clover looking thing looks like a stamp for wax seals.
I'm a archeologists and have seen some that are similar to the one you found.
Thank you for educational/informational entertainment.
Always happy to see a new video from you. The watch is an unbelievable find, hope you can reconstruct it a bit. Thanks for sharing your adventures!
Always enjoy watching
What a great day Brad. I love the music at the beginning of the vid. Very nice.
I loved the horse shoe intertwined with the tree.
The buffalo nickel looks sweet as!
Passion brother👊👍
Brad you find the most awesome stuff in the ground. Every hole you dig is like opening a present. I love that old ring. You can just dream of the time when they received it and the happiness in that small ring. That silver ornate container lid is beautiful.
Great video Brad! Love the history that shows up thru the finds.
Spragues was an overall maker. My grandpa here in western PA had a few pairs.
Your voice sounds so peaceful, just right for wilderness.
The round thing with the cloverleaf on it could be a bottle stopper the cork inside would have rotted away.
One of your "brass flanges" is from door handle hardware
Another amazing day for you. Keep digging up those stories.
Very fun video brother.
Beautiful ring. Great pocket watch pieces. Nice suspender piece.
Wow!! You click baited us!! Thought there'd be something in there...but then you knew that!!!!
Lolol...still great!
Enjoy your show
Hello I from Oxford Massachusetts Happy digging in New England
Great quality mate can’t wait to see what you can find
Great hunt Brad! That ring almost looks more silver in your cleaned up photo. That dark patina.
The ring is a really cool find! Great finds all around! Enjoy your weekend!👍😘
I like the way you explain what your finds are or could be ! Thank you for sharing this kind of information with me !
Awesome finds! Love the ring and the bell.
Amazing video as always Brad!! So many cool stories you have shared and I have enjoyed. Thanks so much!
Old wine bottle cork with very little cork left?....man, I dig "no pun intended" this show......Never know what your gonna get!....outa the ground that is.......KEEP ON ROCKING IT!.....Green Mountain Metal Detecting........
Love your videos Brad. I always learn something.
great stuff Brad thanks
Entry music is amazing today.
Thanks again for a great video.
I hope you will show the ring again after cleaning.
Awesome area.... Great finds 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks for another good video Brad , and good luck with further digging......
Brad, I think the brass do-hickey is of several weights included with a set of the old brass scales utilized for weighing many items. Your weight appears to be from a somewhat larger set, probably used in a mercantile shop.
Ring is my fav! Love the jewelry finds!❤
interesting thoughts on the pocket watch that I have had also over the years , amazing to think of all the quality items produced that predate electricity and common industrial machinery ........and that the file is one of our oldest tools
So cool!
Enjoyed!
a lot of cool finds today Brad

I could have sworn your favourite find was the Buffalo Nickel!!😀😅 Great finds and video….Black flies suck! God Bless🙏🏼🍀👋🏼🇨🇦
There was an A&W Sprague Manufacturing Company in New England during the late 19th to early 20th century. I think they made fabrics. if I remember correctly; but, perhaps, they also made work clothes?
