Many natural doctors would say that typically, we eat to much, and drink to little. I try to listen to my body and dont feel like eating till i have been awake for about 3 hours. Starting the day with warm water and lemon is a recent change i made. Don't know if im ready to get rid of coffee, but im down to a cup and a half a day now after the water in the morning..

PLs. tell how to make savory sauce? Allergic to eggs & dairy, pork & too poor to buy any meat. Thank you, Dr. Barbara!

    • @KeyHealthChannel

Here’s a delicious savory sauce recipe using **kefir cream cheese**, perfect for dipping, drizzling over vegetables, or serving with grilled meats:
      ### **Herb & Garlic Kefir Cream Cheese Sauce**
      #### Ingredients:
      - 1/2 cup **kefir cream cheese**
      - 1 tbsp **olive oil**
      - 2 cloves **garlic**, minced
      - 2 tbsp **fresh herbs** (such as parsley, dill, or chives), chopped
      - 1 tsp **lemon juice**
      - 1/4 tsp **salt** (or to taste)
      - 1/4 tsp **black pepper**
      - 1-2 tbsp **water** or **broth** (to thin the sauce as needed)
      #### Instructions:
      1. **Heat the olive oil** in a small pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
      2. In a bowl, whisk together the **kefir cream cheese**, **lemon juice**, **salt**, and **black pepper**.
      3. Slowly add the **sautéed garlic** and olive oil mixture to the kefir cream cheese, whisking continuously.
      4. Stir in the **fresh herbs** (parsley, dill, or chives) and mix well.
      5. If the sauce is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water or broth until it reaches your desired consistency.
      6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
      ### Serving Suggestions:
      - **Grilled chicken or fish**: Drizzle over grilled meats for a fresh, tangy flavor.
      - **Vegetables**: Serve with roasted or steamed vegetables.
      - **Salads**: Use it as a creamy dressing for green salads or grain bowls.
      - **Dips**: Serve as a dip with crackers or fresh veggies like carrots, cucumbers, and peppers.
This sauce has a bright, tangy taste thanks to the kefir cream cheese, complemented by the garlic and fresh herbs. It's versatile and packed with flavor!

@@1973jamie1 1. Bacon is rich in saturated fat, which can raise cholesterol levels and increase the risk of heart disease when consumed in excess.
Bacon is cured with salt, leading to high sodium content. Excess sodium intake is linked to high blood pressure, stroke, and other cardiovascular issues.
Bacon is often processed with nitrates and nitrites, which can form harmful compounds like nitrosamines when cooked at high temperatures. These compounds are associated with an increased risk of certain cancers, particularly colon cancer.
Bacon is classified as a processed meat, and regular consumption of processed meats has been linked to an increased risk of cancer, especially colorectal cancer.

@@gailleino All i know is people that are doing Carnivore are eating bacon and eggs everyday and within 6 months are reversing diabetes and a long list of other diseases the longer they stick to it. There are Dr's doing carnivore that admit everything they learned in medical school about eating eggs, bacon and red meat was a LIE. Big pharma and the medical industry need people sick. Carnivores are healing themselves and a lot of them are completely off all of their medications. Don't buy processed bacon, don't by anything that has been processed in any way.
