I have stopped eating conventional bread from the supermarket and I have maintained my weight at a healthy rate. I feel so much better than before ❤
You are awesome!
do you cook bread yourself or you dont eat bread at all
I just don't make it or buy it.
@@arunaraja4898 What do you substitute for bread? Shakes?
Many natural doctors would say that typically, we eat to much, and drink to little. I try to listen to my body and dont feel like eating till i have been awake for about 3 hours. Starting the day with warm water and lemon is a recent change i made. Don't know if im ready to get rid of coffee, but im down to a cup and a half a day now after the water in the morning..
Yeah I'm not giving up on Coffee either. Dr. Li says it good. ua-cam.com/video/kKwJ-Speba8/v-deo.html
@@KeyHealthChannel Thanks for that. I'm still looking for one of the 9 out of 10 doctors that prefer Camels to other cigarettes. Haha.

PLs. tell how to make savory sauce? Allergic to eggs & dairy, pork & too poor to buy any meat. Thank you, Dr. Barbara!
Here’s a delicious savory sauce recipe using **kefir cream cheese**, perfect for dipping, drizzling over vegetables, or serving with grilled meats:
### **Herb & Garlic Kefir Cream Cheese Sauce**
#### Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup **kefir cream cheese**
- 1 tbsp **olive oil**
- 2 cloves **garlic**, minced
- 2 tbsp **fresh herbs** (such as parsley, dill, or chives), chopped
- 1 tsp **lemon juice**
- 1/4 tsp **salt** (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp **black pepper**
- 1-2 tbsp **water** or **broth** (to thin the sauce as needed)
#### Instructions:
1. **Heat the olive oil** in a small pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the **kefir cream cheese**, **lemon juice**, **salt**, and **black pepper**.
3. Slowly add the **sautéed garlic** and olive oil mixture to the kefir cream cheese, whisking continuously.
4. Stir in the **fresh herbs** (parsley, dill, or chives) and mix well.
5. If the sauce is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water or broth until it reaches your desired consistency.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
### Serving Suggestions:
- **Grilled chicken or fish**: Drizzle over grilled meats for a fresh, tangy flavor.
- **Vegetables**: Serve with roasted or steamed vegetables.
- **Salads**: Use it as a creamy dressing for green salads or grain bowls.
- **Dips**: Serve as a dip with crackers or fresh veggies like carrots, cucumbers, and peppers.
This sauce has a bright, tangy taste thanks to the kefir cream cheese, complemented by the garlic and fresh herbs. It's versatile and packed with flavor!
Sushmita: loved this video... a game-changer 💞 Barbara, you are a God-Send - Blessings 🙏 70% if what you mentioned has been my go-to 1 month ago - lost 5kgs 🎉❤🎉
Exercize goes hand-in-hand with what you eat 👌
Awesome you are a inspiration!
Thank you Barbara you have made it very clear
You’re welcome
Hi, what does all those suggested foods that aren’t relevant in everyone’s diet , what does that compare to an egg with toast or something else similar to that grains , I’m not familiar with that to be appetizing
oh re your other post - the only bread I have is real sourdough bread. And I do also make a bean soup.
I have begun to have fruit and a handful nuts such as almonds and xxx cashews
Really that is great! I completely moved to only buying Single Ingredient Foods like eggs, nuts, herbs, spices, veggies, fruit, poultry. No processed foods. Crazy but I lost weight and leveled out. I can eat a bunch and not gain back the weight. It's so amazing!
Its not controversial at all. Simply a different way of eating just as how everyone eats differently in different parts of the world
👍
What happened to eggs, bacon?
Yum to the eggs but the bacon 🥓 nope because of the nitrates and processed foods known to cause cancer.
@@KeyHealthChannel Bacon isn't processed. One ingredient.
@@1973jamie1 1. Bacon is rich in saturated fat, which can raise cholesterol levels and increase the risk of heart disease when consumed in excess.
Bacon is cured with salt, leading to high sodium content. Excess sodium intake is linked to high blood pressure, stroke, and other cardiovascular issues.
Bacon is often processed with nitrates and nitrites, which can form harmful compounds like nitrosamines when cooked at high temperatures. These compounds are associated with an increased risk of certain cancers, particularly colon cancer.
Bacon is classified as a processed meat, and regular consumption of processed meats has been linked to an increased risk of cancer, especially colorectal cancer.
So just alone, the added salt makes it not one ingredient
@@gailleino All i know is people that are doing Carnivore are eating bacon and eggs everyday and within 6 months are reversing diabetes and a long list of other diseases the longer they stick to it. There are Dr's doing carnivore that admit everything they learned in medical school about eating eggs, bacon and red meat was a LIE. Big pharma and the medical industry need people sick. Carnivores are healing themselves and a lot of them are completely off all of their medications. Don't buy processed bacon, don't by anything that has been processed in any way. Search UA-cam and see for yourself. There's tons of people getting their lives back on carnivore.
Turkey bacon. Many now say No nitrates
I’m not one that understands how to make a lentil bread or something similar how does this make sense to someone who isn’t familiar to these suggestions, I learn by watching how things are made there needs to be a demonstration of how to make these things
just keep it simple... Single ingredient foods, eggs, veggies, fruit, herbs, spices, nuts seeds, poultry, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, coffee, matcha REAL foods. I make homemade granola using the nuts, seeds.
One diet does not fit all. I am deadly allergic to grains in general. Her heart is in helping people and that’s honorable.
Totally agree thanks for commenting
Same can stroke patient eat food cooked in coconut oil
Just confirm it with your doctor.
No soia, thank you.
Thank you too!
What if you eat legumes you get gas and bloating this happens every time i eat legumes?
Soak over night drain and rinse.
Sorry Barbara I can’t have grains because I can’t digest grains
Okay. No Ulta Processed foods, buy only single ingredient foods: eggs, poultry, meat that is grass fed not smoked or processed, vegetables, herbs, spices, fruit, nuts, seeds, extra-virgin olive oil, coffee, matcha, canned coconut milk, coconut oil and unsweetened chocolate.
I start with 5 prunes and 1/8 c walnuts. They I have a bowl of oatmeal with 4 T of flaxseedmeal. I don't like fruit on my oatmeal. I am a whole food plant plant based vegan. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, beans, chickpeas, and lentils. No ultraprocessed food and very little processed food.
The only grains i have are organic. Some grains need to be soaked before cooking for better digestion
