San Diego: Driver vs 3 Parked Vehicles, 2 Are Occupied 06302024

The female Mazda driver told the officers that she had fallen asleep after being up for approximately 24 hours. She was driving southbound on F St. when she hit three parked vehicles. Two of the vehicles were occupied.
One driver was a Lyft driver waiting for a fare, and the other was a homeless male who had a life-threatening medical issue and was living in his minivan on the street. This male was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
