San Diego: Suspected Truck Arson 06302024

DETAILS:
A neighbor woke up to a loud explosion and looked out his window to see his neighbor's truck on fire. Firefighters arrived and were able to put the fire out within a few minutes.
The fire is suspicious as it started on top of the hood of the engine compartment and burnt through, also blowing out the front windshield.
A container of some type was found under the engine.
The father of the truck's owner stated his son was gone and the truck had not been used for several days. The MAST Team is investigating the fire.
