I bought it on amazon. I searched which dash mit I needed and bought it there.
You never mention the stock amplifier? Does the connects automatically connect and power the amplifier on? Great video by the ways
This Santa Fe does not have an amplifier. If yours has one, providing it doesn't require any special adapter you can connect the blue/white "remote" wire from your new radio for it to work.

I have a Hyundai Santafe 2009… I fixed/installed android screen but the Steering Wheel Buttons are not working. How do i fix that?
you need to connect a few wires from the new android unit for them to work.

considering the Seicane one. Did you have wireless android auto on it, and would you recommend it overall? I'm in a 2010 Santa Fe and am hoping it works with the car's mic and steering wheel controls without any extra harnesses (aside from what is shipped with it)
No these units don't have wireless android auto. I have not checked the newest models so verify before you buy. For the features and that they are made specifically for each car yes I would recommend. Having said that, the sound quality did lack (on my unit). Steering wheel controls can be added without additional adapters but the mic may not work from factory so adding the one they provide will likely have to be done. Also, watch for the harness they include to ensure it matches what your car has.

what about XM satellite radio? Is the stock XM a unit in the dash that can connect to a new XM Ready stereo or is it integrated in the original stock stereo?
This unit did not have XM, I don't know if it would be intigraded into the radio or not.

You don't need to run any wires from the battery to the radio. The harness has all the wires you need.
