Queen Elizabeth II and Catherine the Duchess of Cambridge visit the Wedding Exhibition at Buckingham Palace.
When they were viewing the small things in display case, I thought, "Wouldn't it be amazing to walk with the queen through her castles and listen to her stories of her family. "
Never thought the Queen is this strong! She moves without difficulties for her age. 💕

i agree. it really depends on how active you stay throughout the years and exercising everyday really makes a huge difference. my grandfather is in his late 80's and gets around better than my dad whos in his late 60's. my dad acts all decrepit while my grandfather still mows the grass, can climb a ladder to work on the house etc etc etc i always thought that was kinda funny. but the difference between them is my grandfather has worked construction all his life and remained active over the years while my dad sits on his lazy ass feeling sorry for himself. so there ya go lol

hah my both great grandmothers died at age 86 and they looked a lot worse than her so...yeah its amazing:D I dont think that I will live that long:D but the queen has had an amazing life as well, not so many problems and I know that she was never drinking or smoking either
i wish there were more videos like this of the royal family! they are so fascinating to me and i love learning new things about them.
Nice touch how when someone new is introduced that person curtsies but the queen just stands and listens to what she has to say. She then just joins in the conversation. Queen of course but no demanding Queen Bee

The Queen has been very open about her fondness for Catherine. Very few people greet her Majesty with a kiss but Catherine does and its returned. The Queen has also been spending quite a bit of time with Catherine to prepare her for her eventual role as Queen consort and lately she has been downright effusive about her granddaughter in law on the official Buckingham Palace website. I think they get on quite well

She said that in a humouristic way. Catherine first said something similar about the creepiness of the dress floating in the air and smiled. Then the Queen said smilingly "Horrid, isn't it".

MeganLeigh Maguire it was a conversation about how it was displayed, it was shown on our news reports because the Queen's reaction, the way the veil was placed above the dress it looked like it was on an invisible head, l thought it looked ghostly and the Queen said it looked horrible, which must have made the lady who'd it feel uncomfortable lol l would imagine they would the Queen's approval

The dress was so badly displayed. Horrid the way the veil just floats above the mannequin. Why on earth they couldn't provide a head is beyond me. They did this when they displayed the Queen's wedding gown too. Beyond awful.

I don't think the dress is being exhibited properly....the upper part of the dress must be more visible to notice and see the work done on the top of the dress that makes the dress more ornate...all that you can easily notice when she wears the dress in a video but not as it is being displayed now several feet away or 10 feet away. None of that work you can notice unless you watch a video of the Duchess wedding... So unless it's being played at the sametime...you really do miss the dress. So the maniquin...must be a different colour from the bust up....like a grey or brown or cafe au lait etc....
It looks good in person. The lighting was bad for the filming.

If I were they I would display it the same way they display Princess Eugenie's wedding dress. ..it makes the dress looks more fabulous and shining. I mean they can do better cause this dress is actually so incredible.

She has been pretty amazing. I am not from the UK but have an interest in her and I have always admired her and extraordinary dedication to her country. It's really impressive to watch her selflessly and tirelessly serve her country for her entire life, my guess until the very end of it. I have so much respect for her.
