I have no idea ,but maybe Duchess had just breast feed and the stress with Family and the Royal obligations could be the reason of her losing weight ....

Terribly displayed. Why they couldn't have used a simple mannequin I'll never know. The tiara and veil look awful suspended in mid air. A real missed opportunity.
