I just take my string stop out of my bow always. Bow feels better without it on it has more of a kick foreward witch i like. Also found it more acurate to shoot
The TRX 36 is very bulky in the flied and is a pure target bow. The cams are designed to go all the time even with 80% letoff modules on it, which proves again that it’s a pure target bow. The NXT is smooth and easy to shoot, I’m a big fan of the evolve cams 👌🏻 it has a bit more vibration than the Mathews, but it’s a solid bow for sure and the perfect size for almost any hunting encounter
Is the string stop suppose to move at all? Like I can move mine a quarter inch to the left or right, is this normal or is the screw coming lose? I'm a beginner and don't even wanna try tightening it bcs idk if it will mess up the tune. Its a bowtech covergence
Glad someone else had the same problem I had. I have a Diamond bow and it did the same thing. I tightened the hell out of it so i hope it fixed it. curious if when you did this if it fixed the problem
Thank god I found this, I wasn't sure if there was supposed to be a gap between the stop and the string but I couldn't find anything about it.
Removing the gap quieted my bow noticeably.
Sometimes a gap is good if its not a hunting set up as the gap came make the bow more forgiving
I found pushing mine in half an inch increased my consistency and quieted my bow.
Pushing into the string or away from the string?
@@christopherobrien4493 away from the string.
Correct
Quieter by moving it off the string????

How do you like the Mathews compared to the PSE NXT ?

It is not supposed to move at all, you can tighten that sucker up 💪🏻

If there is a gap will it mess up the accuracy?
I had some wild arrows then noticed my gap between the string and stopper.
No none at all! Removing it off the bow won’t affect accuracy either ! It’s only for vibration dampening
