I went to a casino, spent $20 to try to afford a Lynx. They are $16,000 in the US I believe. Still have my $20 plus some, but still need $15,920. I'm going to try again if my wife will let me again.
This video exemplifies the value of your DAILY vlogs. Graphic demonstration of how snow conditions dictate our ability to navigate and how varying they can be from day to next, from one elevation to another from one side of a large terrain feature to another. Wind blown or falling snow. One can not place a value on what your day-to-day videos are worth over 60+ days of examples of conditions. Not to mention just plain entertaining!! Congratulations and sincerest thanks.
Seeing the into and out of stuck situations is fun. That's a huge part of off trail. With friends it becom s so much more enjoyable. Nice to see you are equipped for the situations as they arise. I really enjoy your videos. Thanks!
Is it just me, or does it seem like Matt's turbo sled is blowing a lot of dark smoke out the exhaust? I've been noticing this in last several videos and wondering whether it's just the flat light conditions or if that sled is starting to show signs of ring wear. Curious to know if Matt is seeing any loss of power or if he has checked compression recently to see if there's any loss.
awesome videos man! seems like a lot of work to film and stuff when you're having fun riding everyday. and that looks like the snow we get in the spring like a sticky heavy kind. i cant wait for more videos this winter
Either the belt overheating or the low oil sensor because he was on the side before the pull. The oil sensor seems to have a delay on mine and does that
I love watching your videos. I’m curious though as to how you stay mentally disciplined to do the same thing day in and day out? I could never mentally do the same activity for 56 days in a row and let alone A physical one.
I have no issues doing something like this every day. I'm used to putting dedicating my life to something productive. last year I worked 90 days straight
Haha I know what you mean with the crusty snow top! Just blew up my old 800 hoe rev and had a hell of a time getting back to it to tow it home. Sleds home.... truck is still stuck out there till spring probably lol
Thanks for the vlog. Looks like those '-do' wheelie machines don't like the crust over powder snowpack. Seems like you did better once you figured out to modulate throttle more and keep the nose down.
@@MuskokaFreerider honestly you're probably the best recommended channel youtube showed me for a while, I don't even have a sled but I watched one episode of Snowtrax TV (more like Polaris Trax TV, even from an outsider I can tell they're bought xD) and saw your vid in the recommended after and since then I've been itching about getting a sled and getting into it, it's cool to see fellow Canadians getting on youtube and start vlogging
13:02 🤔🤔🤔?, and also im not a polaris guy but id love for you to make a video of you riding a pro rmk or khaos for a day after all those day of riding on a doo😮, would like to hear your impressions on it and the ups/downs of polaris and what are the big changes! Cheers 🤙
The man is self employed. Works his ass off all summer and takes a few months off. If you want too live this life style get a trade and start your own company. I do h.v.a.c. And all ways take 2 months a year off to travel in my motorhome. Work hard=good life.
not self employed. I just get paid by the hour. so I work a lottttt of hours. bank everything over 50 hours a week so I had 600hours banked for this winter
Love to see a gear review on what you guys use and love/hate. Helmets, gloves, boots, ect...
Also what you use for safety gear would be greatly appreciated 👍 👌 👏
Bro almost 20k subs killing it man... I'm rooting for you almost time to get your own merch
He has his own merch.
ill have the store back up later in March!
Oh daamn... didn't know...
Good call on the Wera tools, unbelievable quality and weight is second to none.
you should try a Lynx snowmobile! Subscriber from finland!

When you sell your turbo what will you want for it as I looking to upgrade from my 2009 summit x

@@actionsportster7686 it would be fine, sled probably has 3 year warranty
@@actionsportster7686 i haven't really noticed it but I'm sure Matt knows better than to ride his sled if its not 100%
He already said he might be doing a giveaway. You are probably better off looking for someone else's 2021 Freeride that may be less abused.
@@denimjeanes yeah probably🤣
Kinda sounded like a belt blowout at 13:01
I think he hit a stump
That's what I think too because if he hit a stump at that speed you would break alot of stuff
Production quality steps up every video! Awesome work
13:00 Was that a belt I heard? LOL

When you a long ass pull up the mountain your sled starts beeping? Is that belt overheating or engine? Or?
Either the belt overheating or the low oil sensor because he was on the side before the pull. The oil sensor seems to have a delay on mine and does that
This perfectly describes what Colorado snow pack has been like this year.

Cool intro of the boys at the staging area👌👌. They all seems to be a good bunch of riding buddies.
Another great video Matt 👍👍.
Thanks 👍
Here in Minnesota, in the next 14 days, 11 of them are gonna be above freezing. No good for our already little snow.
Same here in Michigan or Wisconsin, it sucks :(
I'm in Minnesota too the snow sucks here
love how the turbo blow off vlave clears the snow off the intake vents
yeah its pretty neat haha
@@MuskokaFreerider loving the videos keep it up
Seems like how our snow often is here on Vancouver Island ... ❄️🤷🏻♂️🥶
It warmed up to 5 above zero the other day and back to -6 last night 😱
I love

it was just wide open to matter what haha
😆 Robby is getting the good the bad and the ugly all in one trip. He's probably addicted.🤘
im sure he was addicted after day 1!
Beautiful weather and tough workout in those conditions!! Hit 43 here yesterday and my arms and shoulders are feeling it today. Heavy crap!!
yea wears you out for sure
Wow. That snow...
amazing work, the edits gets better everyday, keep up the great work!

Keep on sending it up the pow! Almost time for the sick spring blue bird wide gap-step up-drops. Ayy? Turbo air time;)
Watch the 2022 lineup video last night. Gots me thinking it's time for big changes!!! I want an XRS so bad even if it's not brand new!!

id take a Polaris out for a day. would take me at least a day to get used to though
We had to same snow conditions in Montana this last weekend, my girl about left me and walked home.
These intros man are super cool!!!
That is prime avalanche conditions.......hard layer on top with powder underneath
I don't feel nearly as bad now about how my sled was riding yesterday. 🤣 I had the same kinda shitty snow
That's been our snowpack all year down here in WA , its really good under the HARDPOW.. Any day in the mtns is a good day..
thats right!
the synematics are getting better and better!
very slowly hahahah
I've been following your series, not 100% but I've seen most of your "Day **" Videos...Do you do any maintenance between rides?
no not really. tighten the chain and track a couple times. thats about it
Everyone on here from the east coast knows exactly what this type of snow is like
How much help was it riding hydro lines to prepare you for riding in Revy?
Ive always done a lot of off trail so it was just stepping it up a bit. I'm sure I was pretty green but I got around no problem
Big boler fresh have a good ride and a safe ride Quesnel B.C
Days like those with that kind of snow are the most tiring, demoralizing for the new riders always getting stuck too.
ya rookie Robbie went from best possible conditions to this. we was a little confused lol
0:42 buddy puts the wood under the skid just like me!! I guess genius’s do think 💭 a like!! 😎
yo what happened at 13:01
Maybe a downed tree under the snow
Being a trail rider from the states iv always wondered on average how many belts you guys go through in a season?
I put on roughly 3000-4000 miles mountain riding a year in the same location as these videos are filmed and I average 1-2 belts.
How many miles are on your sled
just over 2000kms on one and 1300kms on the other
We call that snow here in BC breakable dog sh t🤣
Talk to me about that small tool kit in the intro.
you'll have to ask Austin. I don't know anything about it
Any body ever ride a backcountry xrs i am getting one and I wanna know what you guys think
Love it
That snow condition is referred to as "upside down"
How is ur shoulder doing??
its actually good thanks. almost 100%
Ur good you no no no ur good

Is Jayden a new rider? Seems like he's either stuck or buried in a tree well
nah he's actually a good rider, just easy to film guys stuck lol
