    Moringa powder is made from the dried leaves of the moringa plant and is a rich source of nutrients. Some potential benefits of consuming moringa powder include:
    High in antioxidants: Moringa powder is high in antioxidants, which can help to protect cells in the body from damage caused by free radicals.
    May have anti-inflammatory effects: Moringa powder has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, which may be beneficial in reducing inflammation in the body.
    May lower blood sugar levels: Some studies have suggested that moringa powder may help to lower blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity, which may be beneficial for people with diabetes.
    May have anti-tumor effects: Some research has suggested that moringa powder may have anti-tumor effects, although more research is needed to confirm this.
    May improve skin health: Moringa powder is high in vitamin C, which is important for the production of collagen, a protein that helps to keep skin healthy and youthful.
    May improve brain function: Moringa powder is high in a type of flavonoid called quercetin, which has been shown to improve brain function and memory.
    It's important to note that more research is needed to fully understand the potential health benefits of moringa powder. As with any supplement, it's always a good idea to speak with a healthcare professional before adding it to your diet.

      I harvest any leaves, as long as they look healthy and clean. I pour the bottle of vinegar into a bowl of water so it cleans the leaves and get rid of any bugs if there are any. Vinegar makes any small bugs float so I use it for any veggies that won’t be cooked.

How do I get my moringa tree bushy? I have a small porch and I’m growing it in a pot about 18” in diameter. I live in growing zone 10a if it’s any use.

    • @MYDREAMGREENVILLA

      The problem of planting in a container is that root of the moringa is so unique that it has to simply grow deep. And moringa root does not brunch out, meaning it wants to dig down. By placing in pot, the trunk and branches can’t grow the way it’s supposed to do.

    If I make 100g powder everyday, Can Tree survive ? I mean can it produce enough leaves for daily

      Moringa will grow vigorously in one year. I harvest twice a year, and let it grow in between. If your tree gets mature, it will produce to a point where you can’t catch up harvesting ! My tree in this video is only couple year old but I know people have 10 year old tree that produce tons

      I so agree! Fresh one is better. We produce way too much, so this is the way to at least save some…

    It's of this rap the moringa leaves with news paper all leave it for 24 hours leaves will shed from sticks easily later you can wash and dry and make power

    • @MYDREAMGREENVILLA
      @MYDREAMGREENVILLA  2 місяці тому

      I have never done that, since wrapping leaves with news paper might cause mold to grow. But if you are in dry climate, why not? Let me know how it goes.

      First seed, I bought on Amazon. This tree I harvested, is from that batch. They did great. Then my friends gave me more seeds, and I’m trying to grow seedlings. Try looking into local seed swap! You might find it there.
